This is supposed to be an XL pizza with Xtra cheese… Not the first time they’ve sent a very poorly made pizza, but it will be the last time we order. Mind you, the pizza was $16, delivery fee $5.00 and tip $7.00. You’d think they could get the one and only pizza on the order correct. This is just blatant laziness. If they didn’t realize how $hitty it was when it went in the oven, whoever took it out could clearly see that MOST of the pizza is bare and definitely didn’t have the extra cheese I requested (and paid for).

According to their tracker, 10min to prepare is great but took over 40 mins to deliver only 2mi away. Store wouldn’t answer phone. Items were missing when I got the order and again store wouldn’t answer the phone. Message was sent by call center to call me but never called. Food thrown in boxes. Quality was lacking. Ordering online is supposed to be easy, seamless and precise. However, computer systems aren’t perfect and can result in a really bad experience. Ended up waiting 1h15m for my 15m pizza order due to the fact of my order reverting to carry out instead of delivery. Management was less than empathetic and made the situation worse by not listening to my concerns.

I have been ordering from here since I moved to Ewa Beach. Within the last few months this place has gotten so bad. The pizza has been undercooked and wait times are over 2 hours. Now, If I’m waiting over 2 hours for food I expect my food to be BOMB! But instead I wait and get pizza that’s not cooked all the way and so covered in grease that the crust is not crispy but soft and soggy. As is the entire pie. So much so that it’s mushy, sticking to the bottom of the pizza box and when you pick up a slice all you get is mush underneath cheese. DISGUSTING!

Pizza was supposed to be delivered to a church event. Instead driver dropped the food off at a different location. First time a driver didn’t call to say they arrived. Instead, dropped the food and left. How does a store think it is ok to change a delivery address without the customers approval?
