Ordered 2 large pizza’s, paid by cc, delivered in an hour, gave cash tip. One pizza had wrong toppings. They first said re-delivery correct toppings in one hour, then called back saying too busy, will deliver in 1 and half hours, then called back saying too busy will deliver sometime after 1 and half hours. Told them forget about it, just give refund, but would not give full refund because one slice missing. Do you still want pizza? I think if i ordered my pizza before the others, my pizza should be delived in timely mannor. Pizza hut did not think so.

We ordered online through door dash and our entire order was abysmal. BBQ chicken pizza came with practically no cheese, no sauce, no flavour. Was hard as rock, and looked and tasted like cardboard. The cheese pizza we ordered, we added mushrooms ham and pineapple, and the pizza came with almost no toppings. Our driver got all the way to our complex, and decided to drive all the way back for the Diet Pepsi that was missing, which was another 20 minutes we had to wait for the pizza. Not only that but he was given regular Pepsi when we asked for diet. My husband is diabetic and the pop was specifically for him so that was nice. The wings were undercooked, and on top of all that we were given zero sauce (which we ordered) so we couldn’t even attempt to make the horrible pizza taste a little better. Probably the worst pizza we have ever eaten, definitely not up to pizza huts standards were used to. We tried to reach out through door dash because we are expecting full compensation and they gave us a measly $25 credit. Worst experience and worst food. Would never order here again.

In January, we ordered a few pizzas on the Pizza hut app. After about an hour and a half, i called to see where the pizza was, they said it was on the way. So we waited, an hour later, nothing came. I called again, they said “oh the kihei location is actually closed” i waited almost 3 hours before finding out they were closed and my order had been accepted by mistake. They said the next time i order, to use my number and they would credit me $40. I called back later to use the credit and they said i had $2 only. After all that inconvenience, they did absolutely nothing to try to make it better. Very disappointed.

As someone who has worked in the pizza industry for over 10 years. I don’t really expect much from a fast chain like Pizza Hut. But I feel like this needs some attention so the next person doesn’t experience it. When you order a thin crust heavy topped pizza you want to taste every ingredient in every bite up until the crust. As you can see here everything other than pepperoni is dead center of the pie. This causes a lot of problems. One the pizza is going to cook uneven being very saggy especially in the center. Two, literally every slice is only half covered in the toppings that are supposed to be on every slice. And three, when trying to pick up a slice all the toppings period are going to fall off the slice and onto what ever. You can clearly see every slice is only half covered and pepperoni is exposed. Pepperoni is the first ingredient. If it was done properly I shouldn’t be seeing that. I would expect much more for 50 dollars for 2 pizzas.
