I did not appreciate being yelled at by your manager Raymie MATOS when trying to get my order correct after the staff made an error with one of my pizzas. I ordered a meat lovers pizza but it arrived without any meat on it. I was just trying to get that corrected and she started yelling at me. MATOS even went as far as telling me that drinking and driving to the store was expected to return the error pizza.

Took 2 hours and two phone calls to the the call center. 2nd call to the call center told me only one driver. If you have only one driver for that day, shut off delivery and make it carry out only. ♀️

Pizza Hut in pukalani is no longer going to get my business. The whole experience was terrible. The staff was rude. They cashier had her family sitting in the waiting area giggling and being rude. The pizza- thin crust with mushrooms and olives- was terrible. The mushrooms were out of a can and had no taste. There was not enough sauce. Awful!

They don’t cut their pizza’s properly. The cuts are not deep enough and proportionately cut. The latest pizza was cut into 7 slices.

If there’s a 0 star i would give 0. Workers have attitude, idk and idc what happened but don’t give customers attitude. I double checked with the worker nicely if shakers r inside the box, end up realized the shakers r missing. Even after called back to their store, the workers still get attitude. I told the worker shakers r missing the only response i get from the first worker is “Oh my gosh” in a annoyed tone. Pizza aren’t cut proportionally, it was super bad. Get better workers seriously.

Pizza Hell. My order was completed about 40 min after the pick up time, and there were customers that said they had been waiting for an hour. They are too busy and only have like 3 people working all of which were yelling at each other because they were so behind on orders. All the workers look like they hate working there, and I don’t blame them. The food itself is very low quality and tastes literally like nothing. Too hectic, too expensive, and too low quality to even bother with. Literally frozen pizzas are cheaper and taste better.

The last time we ordered a pizza to be delivered, the driver dropped it at a different address on another street. This time my usual order was very disappointing. I ordered extra cheese, pineapple and ham and we could not see any ham on the pizza. Finally we found slivered pieces. No taste at all. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

We didn’t receive a large pizza. We ordered our food at 6:54pm and received it at 8:10pm missing a pizza. We are currently still waiting for it to be delivered at 9pm. I called and they wouldn’t give me a time it would be delivered. So now half of my family still haven’t eaten dinner. We are super disappointed!
