Worst ever pizza hut place. I waited way too long for my order. I had to come back TWICE and even after 40 mins, my pizza wasn’t even ready. Worst of all, there was a guy there who I think his name is Romeo and he just kept on talking to the employees instead of making sure my order was done. Just standing there with like three other people with him and they were in a group just standing and talking. Why are they even at work if they can’t even do their jobs. Two pizzas take more than 40 mins??? And they couldn’t even compensate for it. Just standing there, talking, talking, talking doing nothing. Never coming back here.

Pizza hut is going downhill. Past 2-3 orders they replaced the red onions, that are specified as the ingredient, for regular white onions. They obviously taste different which made the pizza taste different. They didn’t say anything until I complained to which they said, “red onions are out of stock” . Then this last order they put CANNED mushrooms on a Super Supreme with all fresh veggies. It was nasty.

Ordered contactless delivery. Prepaid for delivery and driver tip… I hear my doorbell ring so I go to check. And sure enough, the driver is standing at my porch with pizza in hand. So much for contactless. Not to mention he wasnt wearing a mask either. Why have a contactless delivery option (and brag about this option on your site) if you are going to make me have contact with your driver. Deliveey speed was fine, but pizza was already cold upon delivery. Think ill switch to another Pizza company for future orders.

I thought pizza delivery should be at least 30 to 45 minutes upon delivery, not an hour and 3 minutes! No apologies whatsoever. The pizza was so thin that it collapsed when you try to eat it. It wasn’t even cut evenly. I don’t know if I’ll be supporting this establishment…

MESSED UP MY ORDER AGAIN!!!! I just checked it when i got home. I ASKED FOR A REFUND, BUT THEY TOLD ME TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK THERE WITH ALL THE PIZZAS TO MAKE SURE I DIDN’T EAT THEM?!?!?!?!?!?! What’s wrong with their brains????? What kind of pizza place forces customers to go back with all of the pizzas just to get a refund? YOU GUYS ARE THE ONES WHO MESSED IT UP!

Worst experience I’ve ever had from a pizza place. We walked in and ordered and waited, no problem waiting because we understand they have to make our order HERE’S THE PROBLEM. Open our order when we finally got home and noticed there was NO CHICKEN in our Chicken Alfredo order. So I called and of course it goes straight to the call center, the person was beyond rude. I will NOT be coming back here or any Pizza Hut again.

This Pizza Hut was short handed. I like to not wait to pickup pizza so I did phone order the new Pizza Melt, the Call Center advised ii would be a 40 minutes wait, no problem, so I was within the 40 minutes, got there and had to wait another 15 minutes. Employee were very busy when I walked in, so waited to get acknowledged, gave my name and waited. I would order this Pizza Melt again, I would recommend it as a try.

This Pizza Hut in Pearl City at 850 Kam Hwy is the very best! Food is hot & delicious. My current Pizza Hut is closed for some reason so I cannot get delivery but the upside is this Pizza Hut is worth the drive for carry out. Pride is indeed in the pie! Keep up the fantastic service, it’s much appreciated!
