I applied here at Pizza Hut and approached the hiring manager Mary with a great attitude and respect. I felt I was treated unfairly and was denied employment for a prior conviction in 2010. I was not told that I was denied until almost a month later when I asked for my status after already being hired.They said due to my background check. I wasted time waiting for them but thankfully I applied to other places during this time. Basically I’m saying they operated unprofessionally. Shame on you kuakini Pizza Hut. We gotta do better.

Ordered food 4/15/23 and around 6-7 hours later I have severe stomach pain, body chills, vomiting and diarrhea. Pretty sure I got food poisoning from this Pizzahut as it was the last thing I ate!

Ordered a chicken, garlic, spinach pizza but when it got delivered, there was no chicken. Asked the delivery guy what happened to the chicken? He said that they must’ve ran out of chicken. This happened twice, never ordering from here again.

I was quoted 50-60 minutes for the order delivery. Approx 1 hour after I placed the order, I received and text that my order was out for deliver. I live very close to the store location so I went downstairs to wait for the food which took another 45 minutes to be delivered. I was not able to call the store as Pizza Hut Hawaii only has a central number which only played a recording of offers and had no way to connect to the store to inquire about my order. When the order finally arrived (1 hour and 45 min after ordering), I asked what had taken so long and was told by the driver that he had taken 3 orders at once and that I was the last one -GREAT!! The food was warm at best. I do not appreciate a false time expectation and would like someone to talk to when I have a concern. I felt like canceling my order at the time, but could not get in touch with anyone and had already paid so I felt like I had no options. I feel like I should be given my money back as I was promised things that I never received, the product quality and the time.

The pizza we got was about lukewarm and needed to be reheated. The bottom was soggy and the crust was starting to get soft too. It took over 30 minutes before the estimated delivery time to get the pizza, which probably contributed to the sogginess of the pizza. You probably need more drivers so you can deliver faster, the pizza hut I ordered from is about 5 minutes away from my house.
