It was the first time I ever used the pizza hut app. I ordered my pizza and paid for it online, then grabbed my dog and drove to pizza hut and parked and then called them the girl came out and handed me my pizza. My dog was so happy we pulled up and parked and they brought us food I never left my car. When I got home and opened the box I was looking at a beautifully made pizza as if it were made for themselves.

This location is a disaster. I’ve ordered three times and each time the pizza order is incorrect, under-cooked or burnt. This is the one I ordered tonight. Wasn’t even what I ordered. I called and the gal I spoke with said they would remake it and send it out right away. It would take about half an hour…it’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting. I live 2 miles down the road. I’ve sent in a complaint before after the first two orders were poor enough for me to complain with zero response. The owner of this location needs to tighten their reins because from the rest of the reviews I’m seeing…this place is losing a ton of business, including mine.

I live right up the hill from this location. Very close. Ordering online says they won’t deliver to my location. I guess they lost a customer. Domino’s will do it instead.

My order was supposed to be delivered to my car. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and waited 25 extra minutes in my car thinking they were busy this evening. Workers were going on smoke breaks and just chit chatting inside. I went inside and they looked at the screen and were like oh ya yours is ready. They looked at the receipt and had the nerve to thank me for a tip that they certainly didn’t deserve at that point. And to make things better I was offered plates and napkins. For my pizza that was 30 minutes late. Thanks for trying to make the situation better . I’ll be visiting a different pizza hut next time.

Same great pizza that I remember as a kid, but when did it get so expensive? Love the choices for crust. This one does not offer dine in, only take out or delivery. I took mine out and it was cold when I got home. I should have driven faster.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and paid for the additional pan pizza as apposed to hand tossed. When I arrived their to pick it up they gave me a pan pizza but it was not stuffed crust. I was upset by this because I paid 3 dollars more for it to be specifically stuffed crust. They said they could do nothing about this problem their. They also failed to contact me regarding my order to either fix it or make things right. I will never be eating at the pizza hut brand ever again. First you get rid of the hut favourite and now this. Never again.
