Worst delivery service! No delivery drivers available. They rely on door dash service which is the worst! Over 25 minutes late and no phonecall or update. Manager was clueless, ignorant or just plain dumb! Pizza wasn’t bad. I had to pick it up and supposedly have a 15% Discount that they don’t offer any other way except for through word of mouth. When I arrived, there was 1 delivery car driving in with his kid and another just sitting there in the parking lot. Your better off picking it up yourself or just don’t order from them.

Staff was super attentive. They made our experience excellent. Food was really good super nostalgic for me since my family and I used to sit down and eat at Pizza Hut all the time when I was younger. They definitely brought that experience back for me.

The pizza was good and the sauce on the wings was delicious although I’m sure it was some premade something rather. However the lady that was cutting the pizzas was having a complete breakdown on a busy Super Bowl Sunday and was very loud and verbal about it even though there were customers standing right in front by the counter and she was touching her face and not wearing gloves and touching and handling the food which was really gross. The manager was trying to keep her focused and calm to just get the work done which helped but not 100%. We were told 20 to 25 minutes so we ordered there and waited but it took almost an hour to get our food while that staff member kept just complaining.

While businesses are struggling to find employees that does not negate honesty. They shouldn’t be accepting “delivery” orders if they know they are short drivers. Order had been sitting and was horrible by the time we picked up our “delivery” order. Lesson learned.

The app was not wanting to do an order and I called, said they couldn’t use my rewards or get a discount. I was in that call for about 15 min “talking to a manager” only fot that lady to tell me she would call her manager to see if they could do something…they didn’t do nothing.

this was the second time in less than 2 weeks the pizza was late & cold. the first time we received an apology & coupon for a free pizza. the second time, the same driver sat in his truck for nearly 5 minutes before bringing it to the door, just grunted & walked away, no apology. We understand that the store may be short handed and longer promised delivery times are to be expected, but both times the delivery was 30 minutes later than expected, missing 2 marinara cups and cold.
