The pan pizza was great and free! I hadn’t checked my pizza hut rewards in years! 300 rewards points gets you a free large pan pizza! I still have 1,100 points. I’ll be back for more free pizza, those points expire this November!

Giving five stars for everything but the price. Its expensive, but you can decide that when you look at the menu. Other than that, online ordering was easy, food tasted great, arrived in a reasonable time and the delivery driver was very careful.

They have improved their service and quality immensely at this location in recent months, I hope they continue the great work, all the delivery drivers are great too. I will update again if things start to falter again as this location has had extreme ups and downs in terms of management and employees and overall food quality over the years, massive massive emphasis on that food quality.

Usually I get good service from this Pizza Hut, but last night, we ordered pizza for my birthday. When they delivered the pizza, the order was wrong, I made a call, they said they would have it replaced probably less than 20 to 30 minutes. 45 minutes went by, I called again, was on hold for five minutes, and told that it was on his way, and should be there in about 10 minutes. Now understand. I’m right down the street, so it should’ve been here in 10 minutes. But it took another 30 minutes to deliver the replacement pizza. I’ll give them one more chance, but if I ever experienced this delivery style again, I will no longer use this Pizza Hut.

How hard is it to follow instructions? I really wonder because these people get orders wrong half the time, no sauce at all on the pizzas, topping all in one spot, even on a remake that I called in to have it corrected they got it wrong twice, sad.

I have never had to leave a negative review but what I experienced was outrageous. I placed an order for a large pizza, cinnamon sticks and garlic knots. My order arrived, I tipped ther drive $4 CASH and took my order. When I opened my food I recieved my pizza that was undercooked and two orders of breadsticks with no marinara. I called as I did not recieve my items, person on the phone did not want to deliver correct items and offered to credit me cinnamon sticks and garlic knots, I said fine and that was the end. Forward exactly one week and I still had not received my credit so I called the store to ask. They told me that they see my order and it was only for a Large pizza. I explained that I was looking at my emailed receipt and they again said it was only a large pizza that was ordered. I asked them why I was charged $33 for a large pizza and was informed that it was because I left a $13 tip! They put me on hold when he realized that someone tipped on my behalf and then hung up. I called back and nobody would answer, so I of course kept calling until eventually a woman answered the phone. After explaining everything again she told me there was nothing she could do about it.

Never had a problem with this location until today. They took long with my order, forgot an extra item that I had to wait 12 extra minutes. One of their workers I heard his name (Devin) was touching his hair, face & nose… do they not wear gloves?.. seen him get my extra item out the oven.. definitely did not want it after I seen everything he was doing.. I asked for a refund and was told to call their customer service number. I’m sorry but I won’t go back to that location. I already called to make a complaint. Do better Pizza Hut!!!!
