I enjoy the service I get. I do order from here a lot. It seems that I am usually pretty happy with my orders and the food is delivered so quickly that it’s always nice and hot when I go to eat it . There have been times when I had just so much to spend that I wasn’t sure if I could feed everyone but I got to make choices with the Big Box and it fed everyone with some pizza leftovers when I got the three medium pizza . It was a great dinner for all.

Our big new Yoker was missing half it’s crust when it was delivered. Like we could tell the crust had been torn off. We immediately took it back to the MLk location and the night manager was extremely rude. Our remake wasn’t any better. Our order of mozzarella sticks weren’t fully cooked. Not sure if we will order from this location again. We are disappointed.

I was here at 10 minutes before 10:00 p.m. I wanted to carry out pizza which is about half the price of having one delivered. I asked him can I get a takeout. they said well the lobby closes at 10:00 so by the time we’re done cooking it’ll be after 10:00 so I’m sorry I can’t give you a takeout pizza. for real? where’s the humanity, where’s the dignity? where is the friendliness to and the thankfulness for being a customer. well it’s not here so if you expect any of that, don’t. it tells you how much they care about you the paying customer. I believe in place of business act like that and time everything by the minute to never go back.

One of the worst pizza places in all of Portland. Pizzas arrive in a mess and sauce imperceptible when specifically ordering with extra sauce. It was also barely warm.

Pizza was undercooked and was kinda gross. Been a long time since I had Pizza Hut, but I’m pretty sure it’s my least favorite pizza. The sauce was too sweet and the dough texture was gooey under the sauce like it was raw. I had to put it back in the oven at my house in order to eat it.

Forces me to order deliveries through GrubHub where all items are marked up by $5+ or more, and the menu is limited, and there are no specials, even though it is the closest store to where I live here in Portland. Rip off.

I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered a pizza that they claimed was delivered but never was. I called them, they said they would remake the pizza and send it out. After 35 minutes, still no pizza. I called them back, they put me on hold for ten minutes so i hung up and called them back, they immediately proceed to put me on hold for 5 more mins befroe hanging up on me. I called them back again and they informed me that my order was just put in their system ten minutes ago and will be delivered in fifteen minutes this time it was delivered about 12 mins later but it was cold. I started the order at 6:00pm and didn’t get my pizza until 8:20pm. 2 hours and 20 min for a pizza delivery is unacceptable I am extremely dissatisfied with with the service I have received today.
