Worst pizza experience I have had in my entire life. DO NOT BUY!. I asked for contactless delivery, the driver showed up at my door with a receipt.. (I did not have mask as I was not expecting anyone here and this made me extremely uncomfortable) The pizza was not cut and instead had varying cuts that did not make it through. To top it off we bought a large boneless chicken that came RAW you read that right, it was battered RAW CHICKEN DELIVERED TO MY DOOR. I have a video that we sent to both the franchise and to corporate and they never replied back to my Fiance to offer any solution. The following week we ordered from the Domino’s on Scholls Ferry and I can not describe how much better the service and food was. I will never order Pizza hut again in my entire life and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

They advertise as “Open Late” however they close their till hours before they actually close. That means you are required to order delivery on the app or online after a certain time. I was stoked to give pizza hut a chance after moving closer. But don’t bother. Their pizza is below mediocre and what’s point If you can’t even pick up your own pizza?

I love Pizza Hut! This location was by far the best store. The food was fresh nice and hot, pepperoni had a little crunch lol. Great customer service when I had to call in to add on marinara sauce because I couldn’t find it online sometimes places make it a little difficult. Way to go you guys!

Ordered on the 19th. Food was okay but a little cold. Problem was they never delivered the drinks I ordered. I called the hotline because I figured…okay most stores are short staffed right now and it’s not the end of the world to not have soda but never got any response. Used the online form to get support after 4 days because their receipt says you need to bring things up within 5 days, still haven’t gotten any sort of response. So I’m out the $10 or so of what I paid for the drinks and I’ll never order from them again. Just you get your pizza anywhere else, unless you want to risk them randomly just taking your money and giving you nothing for it. In this area Domino’s has much better service.
