First we ordered 24 dollar bone in wings…too much money. Second we ordered a large stuffed crust with extra sauce…no sauce at all on the pizza and the crust was flat. We got credit for the first order. Then we used our credit, our pizza, again with extra sauce or sauce, pasta and none existent bread sticks were left by our front door without even a knock for an hour and a half. We wanted new food and it was brought again with the pizza being the same way as before. No sauce…never again!!!

Placed an order by phone. Said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. I called back twice to check after 1 hour and got the “run around.” I asked to speak to a manger and was transferred 4 times before I was hung-up on. The pizza never arrived. Very unprofessional, and unacceptable. Apparently, they don’t care at ALL about their customers. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Anywhere, and will tell all my family and friends not to go there either.

Roommate was not able to get us a pizza. Could not admit they messed up and just apologize and this has happened multiple times at this location. Wouldn’t correct a problem. Canceled our order because they supposedly called us we do have phone records to prove it. 1-19-2022. The times are in the picture. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant due to the lack of service it’s supposed to provide regardless of it being supposedly short-staff your pizza place it’s not rocket science. Pizza was good, but there were about 6 mushrooms on my half of a large pizza. Staff was friendly enough, but did forget my cheese and pepper packets I requested. Also, I had a coupon that I asked them to honor for their $7.99 3-topping Large pizza, and they weren’t able to honor it. Had to pay $10. Still a good deal for a quality pie. Dough was fresh, and plenty of cheese. Just wish the mushrooms and bell peppers I ordered would have been enough that they added to the flavor.

I went to pick up my food that I ordered and paid for online there were several employees in the store when I got there and my food was behind they said it would be four more minutes and the lady said she would walk it out to my car. 15 minutes past before I went back inside to check on the food and the same young girl was in there by herself now running around like a crazy person trying to get everything cooked and in the oven and all that stuff. She ran right by me three times didn’t acknowledge my existence so then I asked if I could just have the food that was ready because it was sitting right there getting cold. I did note when she told me it would be four more minutes that she also remove my name from the screen which concerned me because usually when that happens they forget that you’re waiting and don’t bring you your food. So therefore nobody knew I was outside waiting on my food. She didn’t respond to me or and continue to not acknowledge my existence and another girl a little heavier set came around the corner with an attitude and stared at me like what I was doing there or some thing but I’m not sure because she didn’t say a word so then I proceeded to ask for the food and let her know that I had been waiting outside for 15 minutes for somebody to bring it out. She didn’t raise her voice to me and told me that that girl was the only cook and counter person working and that I would have to wait until she was able to give it to me. I stated that the food already been paid for and was just sitting there getting cold and asked her why she couldn’t hand it to me. She proceeded to tell me that I would be waiting until the other girl had a minute to get me my order. Although it appeared she was doing nothing and it wouldn’t hurt her at all to turn around and grab my food and hand it to me I think she was busy eating around the corner though and I probably interrupted her because she had crumbs on her face. I then asked for a refund and informed her that I wasn’t willing to wait any longer and that her rudeness was unnecessary. She then proceeded to tell me that they don’t issue any refunds at that store and I would not be getting my money back. I politely turned around and left because I’m not gonna be attacked by any individual and yelled at and treated so poorly for no reason at all and as I was walking out the door she then told the other girl to throw my food away. It was truly by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I understand that we are all shorthanded I own my own business and I’m shorthanded as well but if we have employees like that when we’re through this pandemic there will be no customers left to keep the business going. If I ever had an employee treat a customer the way that that woman treated me last night I would terminate her immediately. I feel she should be very ashamed and embarrassed of herself for her behavior. And I truly do wish that no other customers have to deal with the nonsense of paying for food and not getting it. I would also like to be contacted because I want a refund for the order that I was refused.

I ordered a Deep Pan pizza with extra cheese and extra black olives.. It came with very little cheese and there were many slices with no black olives on them this is the pizza you would give to somebody you hate. I’m 58 and I’ve ordered a lot of pizza this was the worst I’ve ever ordered in my life.
