I placed a large order for the night shift on my project 7/7/2023. Despite the size of the order the food was ready in less than 20 minutes. The manager went out of his way to ensure everything was correct. The pizza, wings and breadsticks were delicious and everything was hot. Everyone at work was pleased with the quality of the food. This Pizza Hut is definitely better than any other pizza options in Prineville or Redmond. We will be using them more often moving forward.

Pizza was Luke warm and sausage was missing off my pizza. Not to mention that it took an hour when I ordered at 2pm….. Just terrible all the way around. Sad lookin pizzas for the price.

Pizza Hut was a disappointment tonight . I ordered on line called after 1 1/2 they said that they tried to deliver my food and said they came and called me witch didn’t happen. They said that they would not deliver it again they lost my business.

I wandered in on a Monday night thinking I would get a pizza to take home for my husband tonight. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. They have one menu that is awkwardly posted. Where are you feel like you have to walk behind the cash, register to see, and there are no prices listed. When I asked for a menu with prices, they said none of their menus have prices. Well, I’m sorry if I’m gonna buy something I would like to know how much it is before I buy it and not after I’ve taken the time to figure out what it is that I ordered. I did not buy a pizza here tonight, so I can’t see if it tasted any good or not but with several other places to buy pizza in town I won’t be back. What a horrible way to manage a store or a restaurant. If there’s not a price, why would I even consider it? To me it feels as if well today it’s gonna be $10 and well if you come in tomorrow it might be 20. Moving on… Managers maybe you guys should think about this.

Awful service I had a curbside order that I waited in my car as I watched them finish my order look at my car and put it in the warmer. After waiting a few more minutes I decided to go in and get it myself while my two children are screaming they want pizza. Two employees then look at my and walk away. I had to loudly say excuse me. Then I was told they have to look at my food? Without even knowing what I ordered because they didn’t pay attention to my receipt. I had a cash tip of 18% that I felt no one in the building deserved. As a restaurant worker I was highly disappointed with their customer service and won’t be ordering from pizza hut for a very long while. Hopefully you can train your staff to know how to do their job and treat their customers

I usually order from the other pizza place in town because of the reviews, I’m glad I didn’t listen to them. The food was hot and delicious when it arrived, and it arrived within the time frame. The driver had great customer service. And the pizza wasn’t greasy, or burnt. I’m glad I took a chance.
