Tried “The Big New Yorker” which was double pepperoni, also had lots of grated parm on top. It’s just alright. Crust is fine, the size is nice. The pizza is pretty over salted though. Could barely eat the second slice after the first saturated my palate with so much salt. Even rootbeer didn’t help.

Food was fine, delivery was speedy. However, the following day my transaction amount Was increased. Upon investigation I was told that it was because the tip on the receipt was adjusted. However, no tip was left on the card/receipt, as the driver received a substantial cash tip.

My food wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Although my delivery was passed to a door dash person who got lost!! How gps works wonders I don’t know. He showed up 1:15 mins later and the pizza was ice cold same for my wings this place just can’t seem to get it RIGHT. Wrong order and not I’m begging for a refund. Come on!

Dont order from this office. They use Door Dash people and twice in a row my orders were messed up. When they use Door Dash they have to get the money back from them and you have to wait for Dash to dispute it, call the driver, then fight Dash to get your money back. Stay away from this pizza hut.

Horrible customer service, the restaurant had 3 workers all in the back talking while I waited up front for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. When I came back to pick it up same thing 10 minutes later. I had to go to the side and get their attention. Meanwhile the owner/ manager an Asian woman never apologized just got my pizza put of the warmer and saild did u pay? Which I had. The kitchen was filthy, which could be seen as soon as u walk in and the ycharge extra if u want Parmesan with ur pizza which at least one or two should be free. I won’t be going back!

Ordered well in advance and didn’t get my pizza till 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time. Also new York style pizza had no tomato sauce in it and when I asked for a side of sauce they wanted to charge extra for it whereas other pizza chains will give it to you for free. Customers service was rude as well. I can see why this pizza chain has really gone down over the years. I will no longer be going here I wouldn’t be surprised if pizza hut goes bankrupt in the next 10 years with how they have been running things.

I ordered my pizza online and I guess they burnt some pizza and had to remake which is fine – but the short red haired girl was going around screaming at her coo workers then had the nerve to not wear gloves while remaking pizzas? very nasty very ghetto I don’t know where she’s been how you wear a mask & no gloves??? Please know that they deliver using door dash and there is no accountability between the two. I put in an order through the pizza hut app and used some of my rewards only for them to give my order to one driver who didn’t deliver and then another. Now they aren’t making my order again,which I get because it was $50 and we were paying cash, but door dash obviously stole my pizzas and there’s nothing that can be done. If they want to use door dash I think they need better communication between them and the customer.
