Dinge, dirty and severely overpriced. We paid 60 bucks for a large pizza and a medium pizza and 18 wings. The guy helping us shoved the tip thing in our face practically begging for tip money. And when we put it in he immediately took money out of the cash register and put it right into his own wallet. 70 bucks for some mediocre food is wild.

I’ve ordered from them twice, didn’t get my correct order either time, once got two cheese pizzas instead of one and one pepperoni. Second time I got one pizza instead of two, but a double order of breadsticks. It’s always timely, and hot, but often it seems hurried. I complained about the incorrect order to corporate and received no response. I honestly think it’s an issue with the online ordering, not with this particular chain, but either way I can’t order from a place that can’t bring me the correct order. Update: it’s been 12 days since I emailed them the details they asked for in their reply here, no response.

Horrible customer service. I called after I ordered because I realized the apartment number didn’t save with my address, I waited for at more than 20 minutes, having to listen to the Same annoying message over and over and over again. Driver left the store before I could update it. Enough to drive you bonkers. Will never order from this store again, it’s very stupid to not pickup your phone and make people listen to the same message over and over again. Second time ordering from here, and the food has the same problem: they did not put the finisher on the crust that was ordered and missed a significant portion of the breadsticks with cheese and topping, resulting in a lot of dry bread. It’s pretty clear that it’s being made quickly with little attention to the result. I don’t have time to get new food or a refund, but I can’t come back with expectation of getting the food that I paid for.

Just ordered this with uber eats. It has the wide grabbable crust, has a nice flavor and isn’t bland. The crust has a nice garlic taste. It costs money but it’s a well seasoned pizza all the way through.

We’ve lived in the area and been ordering from this location for 10 years, but it’s gone noticeably downhill in the past year or so. Delivery takes hours–yes, literally hours. Last time we did delivery it took 2.5 hours. Pizza arrived cold and only 2/3 of it actually had cheese. We threw it out. Couldn’t ever get a hold of anyone at the store so never got a refund.
