Picked up a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza today. Decent pizza, way to much pepperoni on it for my wife but I liked it. The restaurant is in a bad area, make sure you lock your car. Lots of homeless junkies walking around like zombies.

Delivery person put my pizza out on driveway without contacting me. She forgot my soda and told me NO when I asked her to come back. When I called to discuss these issues, they kept putting me on hold and not letting me know they were putting me on hold.

Ordered yesterday and still never got my order ? A random lady called our house and said she has our order SMH. Tried calling multiple times but the workers won’t let me speak before they hang up on me, or better yet they don’t speak any english at all ? A manger called us and left a voicemail saying she will refund us and give a credit the next day, but once again every time I tried to call the workers hung up on me. Very frustrating experience !!!!

I made a mistake on my online order, accidentally put carryout instead of delivery and noticed right after I placed the order. I attempted to call in order to cancel or change the delivery method. but when I would call it would send me to customer service to place an order so I would have to get transferred then after 5-10 minutes it would just hang up multiple times.

I placed an order at 8 pm , at 9;50pm I got a call from another customer who got my order by mistake and she cared enough to let me know I called the store 3 times and someone picked up and then without a word placed me on hold and never picked up again. So now it’s 10:30 pm and still no food and unable the reach the store. I got a voicemail at 11 pm from an employee or manager unsure. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional .

Driver delivered the wrong order was very rude, and wouldn’t correct his mistake, refund or credit my order and said I had to come in and show the pizza and when I did the MANAGER insisted this is my pizza and to “take it and leave” and there was “unfortunately nothing he could do” I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back DO NOT EAT HERE! Not only are they idiots they have poor customer service

If you could leave no stars I surely would do so. Order placed online, 2 hours later it hasn’t arrived after saying it would take an hour. Then after calling and verifying all my information I was told my residence couldn’t be found, where as they have delivered to before. They “re make” the order and send it through door dash, well the door dash driver got lost. Delivered pizzas cold, and then come to find out the pizzas were both wrong with random sizes and toppings I did not order. Called the store back, after being on hold the store “manager” said there was nothing he could do they don’t have that pizza i ordered in stock anymore, and can’t or won’t send another to replace the incorrect ones that I should be happy with what I got. Nothing like wonderful customer service and terrible staff that makes people want to spend money here. Seems to be a common trend with other terrible reviews for this location.
