I’m here to say that despite all the bad reviews, my pizza and wings showed up fantastic on a Friday night after 9pm! Large half-half speciality on a thin crust was topped perfect and cooked to perfection, and my 16 piece wing came steaming hot and well sauced! I’m including photos after we half devoured the whole order, please pardon the missing pieces and bite. Thanks Pizza Hut crew, and keep up the good work!

I love using the pizza hut app to place orders and earn points. It lets me know when I have enough for a free pizza and I am able to order my favorite thru the app & pick it up which makes my life so much easier as a single mom!! Placed an order through the Pizza Hut app, only recieved half of my order called the store directly to let them know and someone named “Joe” who said he was in a call center and kept “transferring me” and would be put on hold for 10-15 minutes. Hour goes by and started to realize I kept getting Joe, and realized he was actually at the store and just wouldn’t help me out even when I offered to just come and get it. I tried one last time and sounded like he punched his nose and said his name was Eddie. Just wanting to share my experience.

Classic pizza hut for sure, really good pizza for the price (esp in comparison to what Seattle normally offers), good bread, love the cinnamon sticks, the pasta was nice, etc. Only complaint was that it took FOREVER for our order to get ready but it was a Saturday so that was fine.

I normally order a pizza and pick up within 15 min. Great price & no problems. 2 days ago I ordered the same pizza I normally order but had to get delivery because I am not cleared to drive right now due to health issues. I live a mile away it takes 4 min to get there and my order took over an hour plus was an additional 20 min late on top of that and the pizza was poorly made and the cinnabons were overly cooked and cold plus I ended up having to cook a different meal for my daughter because she was starving and it took so long. I called into the Lynnwood store and the guy was totally rude and told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to call the call center because they don’t put credits on people’s accounts anymore. I was obviously angry because I just wasted $40 when I normally spend $15 and I had to just toss it in the garbage totally not cool, I told the guy they had lost my business I was DONE. Today I tried to get in touch with the call center to complain about the situation and it went to the store first and I was hung up on. I called back and it went to the store again. I asked to talk to the manager and I talked to SEAN, He was AMAZING… he sent out a replacement order and added a $40 credit to my account on top of that !! TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE JUST MADE MY DAY + KEPT ME, MY FAMILY AND MY FRIENDS AS CUSTOMERS SEAN SHOULD BE REWARDED FOR COMMENDABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !!! I HOPE HE STAYS ON WITH THIS COMPANY AND EARNS A REGIONAL MANAGEMENT POSITION BECAUSE THE STORE ASSOCIATES CAN LEARN A LOT FROM HIM AND I COULD SEE SEAN MAKING GREAT CHANGES TO PIZZA HUT AS A WHOLE. THANK YOU SEAN FOR CHANGING MY PERSPECTIVE THAT’S NOT EASY TO DO WITH A STUBBORN TAURUS WOMAN LIKE ME.

I wouldn’t go there again. I decided to pick up the pizza to make it faster and they got both of my pizzas wrong! I ordered 2 large pizzas and neither was correct. I also stood at the counter for 5+ mins waiting on someone to come help me. It looked like there was only 1 person working the entire store.

I wish they’d tell you ahead of time if they’ll be delivering with doordash. Every time they do that we end up missing an item. Very frustrating experience when calling the store and we end up at a call center being transferred a bunch of times with still no answer. The food was also cold. Normally I have no issues with this location food wise but this most recent experience was just very frustrating.

First and las time time ordering from this location. I ordered two pizzas and boneless chicken wings. Pizzas were flavorless like eating cardboard. They forgot to put any seasoning on the crust of either pizza. Chicken pieces had barely any buffalo sauce on them and the container they came in was smashed like somebody had punched it. Food quality and customer service was plain horrible.
