I order the one topping beef pizza and it was disappointing it didn’t taste good at all and the honey barbecue $0.85 dipping sauce was 1/4 filled only. The store you can’t call it restaurant is just uninviting even the employees were all sad. I learned my lesson never again pizza hut! Good bye pizza hut! I hope my stomach tolerate it the next 24 hours!

Terrible customer service. Steam rolls me on the phone as i try to correct my phone number because I typed it in wrong. All i was trying to do was change the phone number so my delivery driver could have the correct number to call so that they were not waiting on me forever outside my apartment complex. Tried to call back a few times to just be hung up on or not answered. I understand places get busy but, steam rolling customers off the phone and no communication isn’t how to go about it.

The area was low staff. But the person that I had encountered. She was phenomenal. She did her job very well even though it was dinner time. She was calm collected and got to my order and cash me out in a professional manner. Awesome job.

Listen, for a Pizza Hut, this place has been great, delivering super hot pizza right out of the oven or takeout on time and always cooked right without problems. They’re not getting 5 stars because it’s a 5 star joint, but the staff deserves 5 stars for making sure this place runs optimally and delivers value for what it has to work with 5 stars in it’s division!

Lovely pizza and delicious too for when you need something quick for the family to eat. Like most businesses, they are short staffed and doing the best they can to get orders out on time. It appears to be extra work for them to do curbside pickup, so if you have a few extra seconds it can be faster to pick up.

The XL pizza is their best pizza by far. They cooked the pizzas a little extra like I requested, the pasta/breadsticks combo were really good. I don’t normally go for chain pizza restaurants but took a shot because the prices were great. It was a good idea because even the pasta was very good. And I love the little parmesan shakers they send when you order extra parm. The driver was super fast and very nice.

I came to order a medium pizza for my friend. The customer service man , asked me to pay 35$ for a medium pizza, and i rejected the order and wanted to call my friend if he still wants it, then this was kind of nervous and said no no you can pay 23.28 $ . He thaught i would pay 35 $ for a medium pizza. He was trying to make me folish and take extra money from me. One star is too much
