We have weekly pizza night and my online or app orders go through perfectly every time. Of all the pizza spots locally in Des Moines and Burien, my son prefers this buttery crust. Ready in minutes, hot, and they never forget my extra marinara. Always kind service, clean interior and simple pickup. The deals in the app are a nice perk and the points give freebies!

Web site sucks! So I decided to go into the Pizza Hut in Normandy Park. Customer Service was great. The girl who took our order was attentive. Gave me coupon that saved almost $20, said they would be ready in 10 min. Everything was ready and hot. Got home and everything was delicious. My daughter loved her veggie pizza with gluten free crust. My husband and I had personal pan pizzas, yummy. The bread sticks were just as I remembered them, yummy. The only thing missing flavor were the garlic Parm chicken wings. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was greeted as I walked in, and my online order was just coming out of the oven. The website was spot on and the timing was perfect. The pizza was just as good as I remembered it from my highschool cafeteria. Although I think they improved their recipe, because the heartburn was not nearly as severe as it was I was a young man.

Terrible service seems to be status quo with pizza places these days. I ordered contactless curbside service. I arrived, and the app said to call the store, so I hit the button provided. It sent me to the call center, so the representative patched me to the store. My phone rang the store for 5 minutes, and as I walked in, the two working were in the back, laughing and joking with each other, and I thought, what a waste of a $10 tip. Once Moses came to the front and I said to him, “Do you not answer the phone? I was waiting outside for curbside service.” He didn’t seem to care about anything I was saying. After he gave me my food, I asked him how I could adjust the tip since I didn’t feel they deserved one at this point. I said corporate? I should just call corporate? He said Yeah and mumbled a phrase that contained the F word in it. Now I’ve had some bad service in my days, but this encounter takes the cake. I’m done. Give me my $9.70 back for the tip, and you’ll never see or hear from me again.

I love pizza! Pizza Hut always delivers quickly the favorites I enjoy and they even had heart shaped pizzas a few days after Valentine’s Day – Whew! The delivery driver made my day just with a friendly interaction. Pizza Hut feels like my neighbors who also happen to cook tasty treats involving cheese & bread (among others). I dig the apple pies, too. If they ever add salads to the menu, that 5th star is waiting… 😉

Ordered wings and a pizza. I slipped and dropped the wings, and rather than letting me trade in the wings, they wanted me to pay for more. The wings should have been properly sealed in the first place. AND they shorted us a wing. Disheartening

Although out of my way and not the closest location to me I decided to try this location out. I was very pleased with the staff being friendly and welcoming. My food was on point and ready at the time quoted. There’s plenty of parking in the lot and I felt safe unlike some other locations. I’m happy this location is here and I’ll visit this location much more because I feel it’s just better overall.

I don’t have any problem with the pizza. It is the best pizza near me. The problem I have is they ask you to leave a tip for pickup, but there is nothing I’d be tipping for other than subsidizing the wages the corporation should provide. There is no seating, no real customer service. I just want the corporation to pay a living wage and stop making me feel like a jerk for not tipping for someone handing me a pizza I went to pick up. I don’t mind tipping when there is some service involved, but I could literally grab the pizza out of the warming oven myself.
