There was a mess up when I placed my order online, a little glitch that I didn’t pay attn to. I placed a call however anyway after we seen that the pizza wasn’t correct. The manager still replaced out pizza even though it was my fault basically. Very cool to see good customer service today

Their stuffed crust pizza has bread less than 3 mm thick. We payed $24 for mostly cheese and sauce. This is unacceptable.

My order of a medium pizza was cancelled. It turns out that there were no drivers to deliver my order and the store was waiting. In door dash to come and pick it up at some time. There was no notice, no call, no communication to let me know that was the problem. Had I known I could have come and picked it up. I called after an hour of waiting and was told very rudely that my order was just sitting there. I cancelled the order and was told “I hope you find something tonight that works for you”. This was by far the worst and the last time I order from pizza hut.

I ordered online which went smoothly. I walked in to pick up my order and waited 10 minutes for anyone to see me. I even called out a couple of times and was ignored. The employee who helped me after was kind and apologetic. But after I left, I heard him yell at everyone rudely. Ill just go to Dominos since Ive never had an issue with them.

Lived at my home almost 9 years. Had to oder from this location when Domino’s across the street was being remodeled. After 2 terrible pizza’s we decided better to just go without. That was about 5 years ago. Ordered a family box tonight…because my son wanted it and knew it was going to be wrong before I ordered it. 1 specialty pizza and a sausage.
