We ordered at about 5pm with an anticipated delivery of 5:40pm. As of 6, we were upset as we had 10 kids getting anxious and no explanation for the delay. I tried calling several times, however, anytime I got an ACTUAL LIVE PERSON, they would transfer me elsewhere to sit on hold. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food with nothing else. I couldn’t yell at the 16year old driver but when I saw him, I was fuming, he was a kid though. Do better, just pick up the phone and talk to people. It would’ve been a different story if someone had let us know what was going on but this store likes to automate what shouldn’t be automated.

After spending over $60 for 2 medium pizza’s (total was with tax/tip) I got 2 undercooked pizza’s. The dough was barely cooked enough to hold the pizza in its shape. Very disappointed

This location has higher prices then others and 6.29 for a delivery fee is a complete joke. The fee doesn’t even go to the drivers so fee plus tip its the cost of another pizza. I won’t pay the fee so I don’t order unless I can or want to go pick it up.

The pizza is at best okay. It’s Pizza Hut after all. It’ll do in a pinch, but not this time. I ordered with the app for curbside pickup, and checked in with the confirmation email. It told me to just wait, and someone would bring me my food. After about 20 minutes, I pulled up the app to see where things were at. I hit the check in button there just in case, and I get instructions to call when I arrive. After 5 minutes on hold, someone answers and tells me my food will be out shortly. 40 minutes and several concerned calls from my wife later (all the while watching people pull up, walk in, walk out with pizza, and drive away), I call again and the person hangs up on me. I call a second time, and after spending a few minutes on hold, someone answers. I start to explain my situation, and they say they’ll transfer me to the store. Why was I talking to someone not at Pizza Hut, and why did they try to take my order if they weren’t there? Who knows? A brief hold later, I’m connected with the same person that told me my food would be right out. She was extremely apologetic, apparently under the impression that my food already went out. She took me my food which I guess was just sitting in the warmer for an hour while I waited, and she credited my account for $30. Now 9:00, I took my leathery pizza and soggy wings back to my wife. Had we been less hungry and exhausted, I would have just cooked.
