The Big New Yorker pizza I got was soggy and unappetizing. I love Pizza Hut, so I’m stunned by how disappointing the pizza I just ate was. I shouldn’t actually say “ate,” because it was so bad that I threw four of the six slices in the trash (watch the video I attached to see this). I’ve been eating a healthy diet for months and decided to reward myself with a pizza. I made the worst possible choice choosing this Pizza Hut.

Pizza was good but we ordered 2 pastas one with chicken one without sadly the one with chicken only had 4 pieces yes 4 pieces & the pasta super dry. Disappointed with the pasta. I think it’s time to find another pizza place that won’t charge $1.00 for 4 small pieces of chicken. I don’t mind suing for chicken but a $1.00 for only 4 pieces is uncalled for.

Ordered some food along with a 2 liter of root beer. Got my food quick and hot. Well half way through my dinner i realized they forgot my rootbeer and i wasnt too worried about it, it was like 4 bucks and wasn’t worth calling and complaining. Well about an hour after i got a call from the driver, and he apologized and told me he was on the way with my soda. It was super sweet and he was a super cool nice guy. 5 stars, great customer service

Very helpful employees. They went out of their way to answer a question we had about the ingredients in the pizza crust. We are always satisfied with the quality of the pizza we order as well. We keep coming back to this location, because it’s so much better than other locations near by.

Very disappointed. I order 2 large pizzas and the chicken pizza literally had 5 tiny pieces of chicken on a 8 piece pizza. And wheres my roma tomatoes? And can I get a smile and a thank you from the kid. He didnt even show me the pizzas and i just took it for granted they were right. Asked for napkins and he gave me a wad of them.

Gotta say the kids working there are amazing! Ordered deliver through the app and they refunded my driver tip since I picked up the food. Only complaint is I paid for 2 topping and only got one. I think this was a fault of the app though and not the workers.

THis is the 2nd time that my pizza has been delivered via DoorDash, and both times the pizza has been code by the time it gets to my house. The first time it took WAY longer than the initial estimated delivery time, so i thought that was the reason. Last night, it was delivered pretty close to the estimate, and it was still cold. Worst service I’ve ever gotten. Pizza was delivered 3.5 hours late, ice cold, with no courtesy call to even let me know they were still going to deliver it. Their staff either left me on hold or hung up on me when I called to try and find out where my Pizza was. DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE
