I’ve been craving pizza hut for a while. I finally decided to order from here despite all the negative reviews. I should have listened. The pizza was underwhelming and awful. Store bought Red Baron pizza is better than this place. Also, the toppings were minimal. It’s 10 pepperoni per large pizza. On a brighter note the veggie pasta was better than the Rock’s pasta.

Wow, it has been a while (10 years plus) since I’ve been in here and it looks really nice! Although, I do miss the salad bar . As for the food, it seemed ok! The restroom was not ok – trashy! Thank goodness, I am not there for just the restroom facilities! As for the food— it was REALLY REALLY GOOD! I would have given it a five stars but the restroom needed attention!

This store is really hit or miss. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza that had no sauce in the middle but loaded by the crust which made it rather doughy and just unedible. Used to have a lot of problems like this at this store bit it was better for some time. Definitely not going to eat there for some time. There was other stuff in the order that was fine but if you can’t get the pizza right whats the point? This is like strike 6 your out again. Don’t even want it fixed. Just done with this store

This place is a joke! I’m in town visiting friends. Got back to my room pretty late so decided to order pizza. At 9:30 on a Thursday 20 minutes later it says my order has been delivered. It’s not so I call only to get rerouted to a call center that tells me they’ll connect me to the store an hour and a half later no one‘s picked up the phone so I head to the store. It is now 1130 at night, I bang on the door because the inside is closed at this point the delivery driver comes to the door and says he delivered it to the wrong room because that’s what it said on the ticket I tell him no it says my room number here’s my confirmation email with my room number up there he then goes and gets his manager. I tell him I want a refund your delivery driver is lazy and the only reason he didn’t want to come to my room is because it was on the fifth floor and the room. He dropped it off at was on the first floor so he just went to the first room he saw. I got my refund and I left. I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve had delivery from this store a handful of times over the last 4 or 5 years. Every time I am reminded why I stopped ordering from them. This ( see pic) is what passes for a deep dish Hawaiian? I can barely see any toppings, let alone taste them. It tastes like tomato sauce on bread. Thin, dry bread. This is the last time for me. You guys used to be the solution to Domino’s sub-par pizza. Now it seems you’ve dropped out of the competition altogether. I guess it’ll be local independent pizzerias from now on. Not as convenient but minus the wasted money.

The pizza from this location is consistently undercooked. The bread sticks had no seasoning on the top of the bread. I in the past have called to ensure that the pizza is well done and the pizza is still slightly undercooked. The crust is not crispy and infact the pizza was doughy last night.

Enjoy sharing a special lunch with my son. We were the only ones dining in. He had a personal pan pizza with Meatball and bacon. I had a medium original pan meat lovers pizza. We shared the chocolate chip cookie. Both of us got a 20oz bottle soda.

I was sent a Pizza with a hole through 2 slices and a pepperoni purposefully hiding said hole. When I Tried to contact the local store i was hung up on and redirected so many. All re-directions and holds ended with me being hung up on. Initially I called to make sure the dough was just stretched because my son was convinced they were bite marks, but after being put on hold mid sentence… I was definitely bothered by the customer service and product I received. Also by how difficult it was to just talk to a real person and an explanation.
