Garlic Parmesan Chicken was ice cold on the inside. There was a 6″ brown hair in the pasta, and we didn’t get the containers of parmesan cheese and chilie pepper flakes. It was very exciting to see a pizza hut, (my favorite place to eat since I was a child). I wish them well but will not be going back again. Needless to say we decided to take the loss and eat something else last night. -J.R.jr.

We ordered two half & half pizzas. They were cut off center so that toppings from each half were on one slice of each pizza. Essentially, it reduced the overall size of one half of each pizza. Also, they barely even cut the pizza. I had to bring out my own pizza cutter to re-cut them. I regret tipping them & will not do so again. In fact, I believe I will go to the competitor next door instead.

Always dirty and never make my pizzas right . Always forgetting my drinks or side orders . The manager and cook marlin are a joke and have zero customer service and do not wash their hands when making pizzas ! Nasty

I had a couple of issues with delivery because of door dash, which was not pizza hut’s fault at all. The chick that answers the phone is extremely helpful and the actual drivers from pizza hut are polite, professional and just easy to work with. Customer service is a dying art but these folks still know how to do it.

This place expects you to pay extra for marinara sauce that should be standard on your pizza. No joke. Peel back the cheese and you’ll see only about 30% of the pizza has any sauce on it. And what is on it is razor thin. But hey, they sell you cups of extra marinara for an additional charge so I guess everything is A-OK.
