The pizza is great, the staff at the local store are great. The online ordering suddenly decided not to recognize my email address. Tried to phone in an order for takeout, the store never recieved the order from the call center. If you are going to make it harder to order your product, I will go elsewhere.

They delivered my 2 pizzas, and chicken smashed into 1 box and told me I’d have to go to the store and talk to the manager if I wasn’t satisfied, and she, “literally could do nothing”. Well I’m a paraplegic in a wheelchair. How’s that supposed to work? Inedible waste of money. After years of being a Pizza Hut customer, I have been completely turned off of all Pizza Huts and now take my businesses to Domino’s every Friday.

Veggie pizza, no cheese. Arrived timely, and hot, but really not much for veggies either. What didI pay for?!? Toppings were also really sparse on husband’s pizza that did have cheese.
