Awful experience. They decided to send a door dash driver to deliver my food even though I didn’t order through door dash, and the guy had no change! I indicated on the website I was paying with cash and I didn’t have exact change, so I called the store. Got some rude kid on the phone who gave me a fat attitude and said that store didn’t have our order and we were way out of their delivery area, and then he hung up on me. My email clearly stated the store that made the food was the Lakewood location, so I called back and got the same kid on the phone. This time he transferred me to the Parkland location without even saying anything. Obviously the Parkland location confirms they don’t have my order, we’re nowhere even near Parkland! At this point I’m extremely irritated so I call back a third time and ask to speak to the manager. Got hung up on AGAIN. After 3 more times of calling in, I finally get a manager on the phone, I explain the situation and you know what he says to me? “Okay…do you want a credit or something?” I was in disbelief. Even the manager didn’t care. So the door dash driver just let me keep the pizza since the Lakewood location had “no idea where this pizza came from or where my order is”. This was about a 20 minute ordeal so our pizza was cold. And I don’t have any sort of credit. Pizza Hut is usually my go to pizza place, not anymore. I will be giving my business elsewhere.

Love this pizzahut. Employees are always super nice and food is always hot and fresh. I’ve never had any problems and I usually use carry out and they give me a 15% discount just because I’m a frequent customer and they appreciate my business. Also, the personal pans are the perfect amount for on person and they are only $4.50!! As many toppings as you want no extra charge! I recommend this place absolutely!!

I’m a positive reviewer. I try to be constructive if I have negative feedback. However, this Pizza Hut is the dirtiest restaurant I have **ever** been to in my entire life. I ordered before I walked around to sit. The screen where they took the orders was covered in thick grime, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. There was a bug crawling on the counter and when we told the worker, he looked at us and walked away. No one wore gloves, and the kitchen area, counters, walls and eating area looked like they needed a heavy professional clean. All of the glass doors to the drinks were covered in grime. One of them looked streaked with grease almost like someone attempted to clean it with a dirty rag and just smeared dirt, and it made me wonder how other things are being cleaned.

Another disappointment, came here to buy two pizza melts, and both were too crispy (hard) not loaded or cheesy as advertised. Don’t waste your money buying these melts.
