Pizza was barely warm whenthey handed it to me, I watched them take it out of the oven and cut it, without any gloves as well. My son’s large pepperoni stuffed crust had 7 pepperoni on it, I had shown it to the manager and she offered to remake it. My son said it was fine, he would eat it, so I said no I wasn’t going to wait for another pizza. I then looked at my large stuffed crust super supreme minus black olives, all the toppings were in the middle of the pizza and looked raw. I mentioned it to the manager, she huffed and told me to have a great day. This site has been going downhill the past year and honestly I’m done, no more Yelm pizza hut for me. Oh and when I had gotten home, 2 min drive, I went to grab a slice, not a problem because it’s not even close to hot, it’s stuck to the box, so doughy still that it stuck to the box!! Beware!! Surprised ppl aren’t getting sick and it’s still open!!

I cannot begin to express how frustrated I am with the service at this location. Half my order wasn’t here when they brought it to my car. My son was the one holding it. I don’t order pizza very often so to my surprise when I got home half of my order wasn’t there after being reassured the order was good by the employee who walked it out.

Worst Pizza Hut on the face on the Earth. The delivery drivers are friendly, courteous, and usually prompt. Everyone in house could use a few lessons in manners and customer service. This evening, a driver delivered food but left without me paying due to a mix-up involving me being in the shower. Called the store 5 times trying to pay and was put on hold without warning every single time.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Delivery guy yelled at me in the parking lot for several minutes at 11am because I parked in an open space NEXT to his carry out vehicle. He threatened to have my vehicle towed in the 30 seconds I was in the spot. Then another truck pulled in next to me and I ask the delivery guy if he was going to yell at them like he yelled at me. Happy Saturday morning, jerk. You just lost a customer over your attempt at public parking lot shaming behavior.

It’s better than frozen but not that much better. I got the Hawaiian Luau pizza and some boneless honey BBQ chicken tenders. Sauce was slathered around sloppily on the pizza, crust is decent, toppings were spread evenly but didn’t excite my taste buds. The BBQ tenders were the same as getting them frozen and reheating them in the over but with the added experience of being soggy because they sat in the pool of BBQ too long they lost all crunch.

This place is pathetic. Don’t order the big New Yorker unless you like 2 jumbo slices a medium sized sliced and a few tiny abnormal slices. Was in last night to pick up a half pepp half cheese. Not only did I wait longer because the girl that made the god awful cuts on the pizza just put my order right into the hot case without even asking my name to see if it was my order. She was probably too embarrassed from the shorty attempt at slicing it. There is literally half the pizza with pepperoni, giving her a line to follow for the cut…yet she cut on the other side of the pepperoni leaving a row of pepperoni on the half with cheese. I was absolutely mind blown when I opened the box to see the pathetic attempt. This happens every time I get a carryout. Have eaten twice inside and it’s not an issue.
