Originally a 4 star review, changing to a 1 based on recent experiences. I usually order from home then walk down to pick up my order but this last time when I arrived, whoever that older woman manager was, they were passive aggressively rude for no reason, asking me to wait outside in 102*F heat in the drive thru for my order which other, much friendlier staff said should only take a minute or two to be ready. This manager persistently, yet passively hinted she’d rather me “stand at the drive thru window” without a car, than wait the 2 minutes inside the sparsely populated air conditioned interior of the dine-in store. She never stated why.

no delivery only door dash and pickup. better options in town then wasting time and money for the poor quality pizza they have these days that is over priced. not factor the markup from outside delivery companies i will not use. there a few other pizza places in town that deliver.

Lovely dine in service. as a former PH manager, I was thoroughly pleased with the performance of the staff and surprised at them waiting our tables so courteously. our waiter was very quick at serving up refills without the need to ask, and the pizza was brought out on the peel fresh out of the oven.

Excellent customer service at the window. The pizza was made to perfection. The stuff crust was so yummy. I also enjoyed my birthday bonus free breadsticks, and they are my favorite pizza hut appetizer.

Refuses to honor online discounts, both cash and card, store illegally false advertises one price, then you agree to that price before completing the order process. Upon arriving to pick up your pizza, the store illegally changes the price to $10 to $20 or more on top of what you agreed to pay, and claims they do not honor ANY Online promotions, then trying to offer another in store deal that you did NOT agree to nor ask for. Do NOT order here, period. Blatant illegal theft and false advertisement.
