Sadly, this was probably the worse service we’ve had. Our group was seated, brought drinks….then forgotten. (There were 2 other people in the restaurant) We finally had to flag our waitress down. We started to order and she had nothing to write our order down. After retrieving something to write on, we ordered breadsticks. Those arrived, but I had to go up to the counter to ask for plates and napkins. Next, the pizzas were brought out, no silverware, no parmesan cheese, nothing extra. She seemed to be more in a hurry to go back and chat with co-workers than wait on us.

I really appreciate our Pullman Pizza Hut. The pizzas we order are consistently tasty and because it’s a chain, you know what to expect. It’s also a good dinner comprise when you have vegetarians like me and meat eaters in the same household. When I go inside to pick up a carry out order, the staff are always super friendly and are often WSU students, so I like supporting them.
