Our grandson’s football game ran late so we stopped for pizza about 11:15pm at the Pizza Hut 12501 N. División location. Our pizza was amazing, prepared and in less than 15 minutes by one friendly staff guy. could not have been more perfect. Perfect crust, amount of sauce and he did not skimp on the topping, so good.

Lady at the front counter in the tie-dye sweatshirt was very rude. I ended up having an issue with an expired coupon, but she was unprofessional even before she knew why I was there(over-the-phone order). Not impressed and would not recommend this location.

Ordered takeout and the app wasn’t working right. Wouldn’t let me use my points for a free item. Called the store to only be hung up on then I called back and was told there was nothing they could do. The pizzas are getting increasingly smaller and less toppings. I am not a happy customer. Their customer service has gone way down hill.

I feel I was treated super poorly at pizza hut. I tried to order delivery they directed me to grub hub. $154 dollars for 3 pizzas and 2 melts. They forgot to make one of my pizzas and when I called. They told me that is on grub hub. I choose not to use either of them again.

The Wandermere Pizza Hut restaurant’s staff are rude and nasty people. Since Pizza Hut cannot control their employees I will no longer have anything to do with Pizza Hut. It is understandable now why Pizza Hut makes donations to Donald Trump.

Delivered through door dash and driver did not care about food whatsoever. The boxes were tilted so the pizzas ended up being smushed up on one side. Probably won’t order again for a while, and definitely not delivery!
