I ordered the large pizza box. I paid $36.98 in order to have one of the pizzas a meat lover’s. What I received was a pepperoni only. This happened to me on 08/21/2023 as well but I thought it was a fluke. This is not only unfair but an egregious act to a paying consumer.

I order BbQ chicken pizza. I ask for extra sauce and put a special instruction to put the extra sauce on the pizza not in a cup on the side. Everytime it’s on the side with barely any sauce on the pizza. Do better.

We have always loved the cheese breadsticks! It’s often what we get. Last time we went we ordered 2 orders (so 10 sticks). We paid almost $20 bucks for breadsticks that were CUT in HALF to make TWO orders! So basically one regular order (or use to be) the sticks just freaking cut in half to make TWO full orders. Absolutely incredible! Will not be back and they are my favorite!

The pan pizza is still decent, but the thin and crispy is almost inedible, and I’ve had a lot of pizza. Used to be a huge takeout fan for years until the last probably ten years, but this franchise is now all about sales and not quality. At all. They also pawned me off on door dash, which made for food that wasn’t up to temperature. Sorry, Pizza Hut, but I’ve bought my last pue from your company.

Pizza Hut has always been my go to for comfort food. They have the quality and simplicity that has always been there. The Pan pizza crust is still soo good and whether you want a personal Pan or a large pan pizza the flavors will take you back to awesome memories of family,old friends and comfort of growing up. The pizza taste like cardboard, there mushrooms tasted like they were rotten or dirty, and the pepperoni has no taste, All of us were extremely gross as well, the pizza was so hard it cut the Roof of my mouth. I have ordered my pizza there for years it’s my son’s favorite pizza. Sad to say I will never eat there again
