Sooo my last time eating here was 2011 or 12…. & it was just as good as I remember it from AIT!!! I didn’t get it in ALC because I wanted my husband to try it LOL so in SLC I ordered the pizza after my graduation to bring it to him. It was still hot and still tasted delicious.

I’m a AIT Soldier in training, every time we get time to eat pizza they are always rude. We were told “why do you keep coming here, the food isn’t even good”. We don’t get a lot of freedom as is, we just want to be treated better by the employees.

I placed an order at 5:57 PM. Never saw or heard from them. I called at 8 and the automated system said the order was being made. I called at 8:57 pm and they said nobody came to deliver it. They could have at least let me know two hours prior.

We haven’t had to many problems, I mean one time the melts were burnt, next the didn’t put any hot sauce in the Buffalo melt, this last time.. just yesterday I had huge chuncks of bacon fat in my melt!

After calling for delivery twice and getting put on hold both times (without being told) and then not talked to again, we finally ordered carry out. We were able to order fine, but our boneless wings didn’t even come with a sauce. They were basically a box of chicken nuggets. I get that they’re busy, but this is kind of ridiculous.

The worst pizza hut in history. They make you wait more than 40 minutes in a long line and when you go in to place to do your order they tell you that they will not take any more orders for today. A pizza hut that has hours until 10pm and I was waiting from 5:50pm to 6:30pm for an employee to tell me that news. That’s what I call the worst service ever. There is that one can say that the client is the last thing they think about. They should close.
