This place should be taken off the map. I tried to call in an order while sitting in my cat in their parking lot. The lady said she could not hear me but I could hear her clearly. So she hung up. I went inside to place the order. There was no one to take the order. I yelled out three times and no one came. There was an older gentleman sitting outside smoking. I stood for another 15 seconds then a young man came from wall in the back, looked at me proceeded with his conversation with at least two others. He didn’t have the professionalism or courtesy to acknowledge me. I walked out with my grandson. The gentleman that was outside the door didn’t say a word. It was apparent that they didn’t need my business.

I order a special online & didn’t receive the drink when it was delivered. I spoke to the manager & he was very polite & took care of me by giving me a $10 credit. Today I try to redeem my $10 credit & wasn’t able to, that wasn’t the problem. The problem was the fact that I was hung up on when I said “that’s ok,I’ll pass”…. Very rude, customer service means a whole lot!!!
