I understand that staffing issues may cause delivery times to take longer. I do not understand calling the store and being routed to a call center that hung up on me 6 times while trying to check the status of the delivery. I do not understand having to physically drive to the store to check on the delivery status. I do not understand delivering the order to the wrong address. I do not understand arguing with the customer about the delivery address that is plainly printed on the order because you did not check the address before dropping off the order.

I order from pizza hut on the weekends when I relax. Over the past few months, I’ve been avoiding making my concerns public but at this time, I feel it’s necessary to speak my mind. My pizza is always dry, even when I ask for extra cheese and sauce. This last time I ordered from the company, I added wings to my order. Instead of 6 wings, I only received 4. I think it’s time I take my business elsewhere, which I hate to do because it has always been my favorite.

Everytime I order something it’s not what I be expecting, I order beef I get sausage ♀️ I order a 3 topping pizza I get 6 pepperoni’s. Order cheese sticks all my cheese be done moved to one-side or one cheese stick. You have to prepare people meals with love and I can tell cause I love eating. Come on now you can do it ❗
