I am extremely unsatisfied with my order. Not only did i order my food at 4:30 this afternoon to be delivered at 5pm but my pizza was thrown together so much so that the toppings were all in the box and not on my pizza, and my wings were smashed. I understand bad weather. That’s why I ordered 30 mins in advance. However it took an hour an 20 mins to get to my food. How extremely sloppy! If I’d known it would of taken so long to get my food I’d picked it up myself. They gave my order to one man with 4 other orders. Instead of splitting up the deliveries according to bad weather and time it would take to deliver all the orders. I don’t even want to put one star however there needs to be reviews notifying whom ever this may concern to treat your workers more fairly and make sure your customers are taken care of accordingly!

If there were no zero stars, they would get it. 1.) The area where you pay the Icee is different from where you get it. 2.) There was NO pizza available whatsoever. 3.) The CocaCola Icee was awful! Why is this place even open?

TERRIBLE! TRACKER WAS TURNED OFF AFTER SHOWING FOOD WAS IN OVEN. FOOD WAS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AT 9:25 AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING I CALLED STORE NO ONE PICKED UP. I HAD TO CALL CS LINE TO CANCEL. AN HR LATER DELIVERY GUY SHOWS UP WITH COLD FOOD. I INFORMED HIM ORDER WAS CANCELED. HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO BE MAD I FELT BAD FOR THE GUY SO I TRIED STOPPING HIM TO TIP HE LOOKED AT ME & KEPT GOING. WELL BEING UGLY YOU STOPPED YOUR BLESSING I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION . OH YEAH LETS NOT FORGET WHEN I ASKED HIM WAS THE FOOD COLD BEFORE HE HANDED IT TO ME HIS RESPONSE WAS IDK YOU’RE EATING IT NOT ME.

They messed up my order and when I called the woman was rude, she kept talking to coworkers in the background and laughing. I ordered a large pizza and 2 chicken Alfredo’s and ended up with one medium pizza and 1 chicken Alfredo. Didn’t get the other Alfredo until an hour and a half later. Oh yeah pizza crust tasted like the dough was old and stale
