I earned enough points with Pizza Hut’s rewards for a free medium 2 item pizza. Placed order online. Went to this store for pickup and was told I owe a dollar and change. Explained it was free, manager told me it was not her fault and argued with me. Not fun when I am using my reward that I had to earn. Eventually, manager reversed charge.

I ordered a pizza through the app and it said it would be here at 11:30. Its already 11:52 and I’m still waiting for my pizza. I called to see if they got my order and the manager Jennifer who answered the phone wasnt too pleasant or apologetic about my pizza being very late. I’ll never order from here again….
