They don’t even deserve a star but that was the only way to share my experiences. This poor establishment is always messing up my order!!! I ask for Pepsi, they bring Sierra Mist, my order was supposed to have cheese sticks and they bring bread sticks after charging me extra for cheese sticks ♀️ It’s ridiculous! They truly don’t care about the customers! And then when I brought the order back, the guy in the drive thru got an attitude and kept slamming the window shut and told me to get on because he doesn’t have time for it tonight. I came initially just voicing how the order was messed up and he came sideways. That dude doesn’t even need to interface with the public. Avoid this location period‼️

I don’t understand how this place is still here. In fact I don’t understand how the people still have a job. I’ve had numerous experiences where I would order a pizza to be delivered just to discover my order was CANCELLED and no one called to let me know after I went physically to the store to ask where was my food.

I’m sure this store will close just as quickly as it opened. Very unprofessional I called in hopes to call in a delivery order, I asked the person with me to give me a moment and the pizza hut guy hung up. I called back and was like you hung up on me to let him know I was speaking to the person with me as not to be rude when I placed my order. Then Mr. Pizza Hut response was “I did because I have other customers” I explained i was not asking him to hold and if he didn’t disconnect so fast he could have noticed that. All that for him to inform me they do not have delivery drivers This was my second and final attempt to use this location. There is obviously no true general manager at this store, pizza hut should shut it down or fire everyone and start again. I’m sure there will be no change in profits as the rating show. Us to love definitely hate it now

I ordered through their app and I was set up. I selected the contactless curbside pick up. They took my money and that was it. No food, no nothing. The drive thru was backed up, their door was conveniently locked, and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Actually, when they did pick up the phone, they put me on hold and never came back. So it all worked out great for them. They got my money and then hid away in their locked building. Avoid this place! Their app is a setup. You may or may not get your food but best believe they will have your money.
