Amazing staff! My husband and I stopped by for the buffet. I explained to them that the only meat I eat is chicken. They went above and beyond to fill the buffet with options I could choose from. Every 10 minutes, they were bringing out a new choice for me. So accommodating and the food was delicious!

A very petite but delightful pizza restuarant. Eat at this restaurant everyone in the area. Thier pizza buffet is always hot and ready and I’m in and out very quickly. Highly recommended.

It’s ok. I gave 3 stars because I’ve had multiple experiences of rude customer service. It’s like the younger workers don’t want to be there and you can tell. Some of the workers are really nice though. The food is hot and fresh but not the best. I will say that the cinnamon pizzert thing is actually amazing. This place has potential but I can’t give 5 stars until it gets better.

Pizza inn in monticello has always had the best pizza than any other. This time the pizza on the buffet were cold. Not the cooks fault. I don’t think the lights were hot enough to keep the pizza hot. STILL THE BEST PIZZAS AND I WILL GO BACK. HOPE HEATI G PROBLWM FIXED.

Chose the buffet on a whim due to limited time for lunch. I’m not a fan of anything new, but this choice was absolutely worth it. The pizza was great as well as the salad.

Service is usually great. Food is okay, but sometimes the buffet isn’t stocked well. The buffet is definitely overpriced.

Pizza Inn has been a Monticello staple for decades. If you’re in the area, you can’t go wrong with one of their pizzas or a stop at the buffet.

Very friendly staff, good food, not a long wait time. My family, myself, and newly found family members went there to eat and hang out. We had a great time getting to know each other. Cousins just met for the first time, laughing and joking waiting for their pizza, lol. That was the first time we at in, we ALWAYS order pizza from here!

I have come here for my entire and have always been pleased; however when I came on 6/13/22, I was disappointed. Not in the service, our waitress was so sweet, but I feel that she did not have proper management on staff to help her. I ordered a 5-pc wing and was not told of an increase in price until I got my ticket (which by the way was DOUBLE the price on the menu that I was given). My sister and I both ordered small pizzas — my sister ordered half/half. She was charged for a small and got a medium— not a problem. However, she was also not told that a small couldn’t be done half/half. She was undercharged, and I was overcharged. I realize the price of things have increased, but the increase should be told to the customer PRIOR to ordering and reflected on the menu given out. Not told when questioned regarding the difference in price on ticket. Just very disappointed in the manger and the lack of care to make the situation right. I would have gladly paid the price had I been told of the price increase, but very disappointed that I was misinformed and the situation was not made right.

I live about 30 minutes from this location so I dont get to come here often and my family hates the drive. Pizza Inn has always been my fav. However last night 11-8-22 my family took me here for my birthday. We got here about 630 pm. The buffett was out. The food was COLD and stiff. I asked about fresh food and was told it was “coming”. At 730 my family and I had just given up and ate the cold hard dried out pizza that was there. We paid 12.99 each to eat this junk. As we were going out the door they were putting out one fresh pizza. Most of the waitresses spent their time at a table with their step dad.. as one of them told me he was her step dad.
