Tonight was my very first time trying the food at a Pizza Inn. I ordered the spaghetti, individual thin crust pizza and ordered a cinnamon stromboli. I must say it was all DELICIOUS!! I nibbled on a little bit of everything I ordered. The pizza was fresh, the spaghetti was good as well. I would of gave it 5 stars, but I received the wrong dessert (door dashed my order) and the spaghetti sauce was a bit watered down. However, the spaghetti was still good as well as the dessert even though I received the wrong one. I must say each item still tasted amazing. I will definitely order again, but next time I will pick up my order to make sure it is correct. Best thin crust pizza I ever tasted!!

Food is great and always fresh BUT they lack customer service… they have long wait times whether ordering a pizza or eating the buffet. Pizza isn’t out on the buffet until you order it which takes about 40 minutes because they’re understaffed and it appears that only 1 oven works which really slows business. I’ve heard several wait time complaints while eating in the dining area from incoming customers ordering pizza to go. It’s a great deal at a great price but they need help. Omar is always awesome but this new guy “forgot” to put in our order and we waited close to an hour for buffet pizza and the ranch was watered down. I’d give 5 stars for the food.

I just picked up my spaghetti meal and the gentleman was EXTREMELY friendly and professional. He had run out of certain bread I ordered but accommodated me with an alternative bread serving that was EXCELLENT. i left there very satisfied. I prepaid but if i didnt I would have left him a much better tip

Wasn’t expecting the dining area and buffet of this restaurant to be so small (I’d been to a quite large location of this franchise in a town I’d previously lived in and picked this for dinner out of nostalgia). Our party of 10 nearly walked out because we were afraid they wouldn’t be able to keep up with us. I’m so glad we didn’t. They asked for requests to put on the buffet, and the fantastic crew got to cooking. They got out everything we requested and more. The pizza was delicious. I was disappointed with the chocolate chip pizzert, because that was my favorite at the other location and this didn’t live up to my memory of it. But aside from that one pizza, everything was top notch.

NO BUFFET. The status shows dine in but there is no pizza made. We went and they said they were still not doing buffet. So don’t waste you time trying that. Seems like you can do carry out but that’s it. Need to update their status to reflect.
