If you can get the buffet when everything is piping hot there pan pizza is amazing, the customer service is always friendly. Sometimes though it really does miss especially when there slammed.

This is a pretty good pizza in. The pizzas on the buffet were kept fresh. It was relatively busy but the servers kept up well. Everyone was polite and friendly. I recommend saving a little room for when you can get a fresh slice of the chocolate chip cookie pizza. It’s the best time to try it.

Consistently good Pizza. Our kids love the crane games at the front, so we promise to go grab pizza and let them play often. Great place. Ask them for a certain pizza to be added to the buffet and they will make it happen within minutes. Great place! Good pricing.

This was my first time at this Pizza Inn in Abingdon. Our group of 4 had the buffet. The buffet was nice and had many choices. Pizza, pasta, soups, salad, dessert pizza. I loved the salad bar and the home made Ranch dressing was delicious. I also enjoyed the pizza. I didn’t try the pastas or soups or desserts. What I did have was very good and hot and fresh.

Me and my family just left and are beyond disappointed with the experience. We had the buffet and the pizza was old and cold when we got there. To make matters worse there were no cheese or pepperoni pizza which is what most people eat. The pizzas on the bar were an odd combination like tomato and some other vegetable that I couldn’t exactly figure out. Our server was polite but she barely came to check on us and I had to get up and fill my drink myself, which I don’t mind doing given I worked at a Pizza place myself. We were extremely disappointed and probably will not be returning.

Great for pizza buffet and I love the salad bar! Not many places around anymore with a salad bar and they do a great job keeping it fresh, stocked, and clean. We eat here frequently and it’s always consistent with good quality, and they will take special pizza requests. I’m not one for buffets but pizza buffet is my exception.

If you’re able to handle a pizza buffet, then you’ve come to the right place. They have a delicious variety out at any given time. You can always ask the waitress for a specific kind if you don’t see it, and they’ll even bring you a couple of slices once it’s ready. They have pasta and salad on the buffet line as well, if you’d rather. Then you can finish it off with dessert pizza. If you don’t leave full, then you must not like pizza.

Was not impressed, buffet bar was bare and what pizza was on there was hard and definitely not fresh. Had to ask for plates and did not have any spoons on the bar. Waitress was oblivious to us even being there she only came by once to get our plates and had to ask for refills on our drinks. Pizza Inn really needs to spend some time training their waitresses. Will go to Elizabethton when I get the desire to go back to Pizza Inn at least there the waitstaff actually do wait on you and ask if you want a specific pizza.

Generally I like this place but tonight, the broccoli cheese soup was just about dried up and pizza sat at the window waiting to be put on the buffet for 20 minutes or more. The spaghetti sauce was barely warm. The manager stood around talking instead of putting the food on the bar. Wasn’t particularly satisfied with it tonight.
