Pizza was ordered 3 hrs in advance,and we still waited over 30 minutes. We ordered more than one pie and only one was correct. They had us drive around the building multiple times. The employee/manager/owner?,was just rude to top the inconvenience Was jus not a good experience. Never get my $ again!

Ordered 2 regular strombolis with no green peppers. Get them home and 1 is a meatball calazone the other is a least a regular Stromboli but it is full of green peppers. Called and told them that my order was wrong. They told me they would have 2 made correctly in twenty minutes. So far not a problem everyone makes a mistake. I was surprised that they didn’t offer something as compensation. I get there 25 minutes after calling. They are just starting to remake my order. I’m still waiting to see if they offer me something for my inconvenience. After sitting there waiting for 20 minutes after my order was supposed to ready I expected something. Asked what they were going to offer was told to get a 2 litre pop. I would think if you made a mistake on someone’s order that you would make sure that the new ones were made correctly. Not at this place.

Called to have a delivery for a one person meal to my work for my lunch. After waiting on the phone for 5 minutes for them to figure out if they was going to have a driver for delivery. Apparently I wasn’t spending enough and wouldn’t deliver. Not everyone orders for 2 or 3 people every time they order food. If my 15 dollars (Plus Tip) isn’t good enough for you to deliver. Then it’s not good enough for you when I am available to come in and pick it up. Thinks for a amazing lunch hit the spot Pizza Joes.

Pizza Joe’s is my absolute favorite! The BBQ chicken pizza (minus onions!) literally makes my day 100% better! It’s the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had! I’ve tried a few other specialty pizzas and just pepperoni pizza from here, and they’re all amazing! Also, the meatball calzone is super good!

Due to severe allergies, my son and I have to order gluten free pizza, which is very expensive. I ordered one on January 30th to take to a birthday party and 3 slices into it, I noticed a large black HAIR baked into the cheese!! I knew it didn’t come from us because it was baked in and we don’t have black hair. I threw out the rest of the pizza and immediately called to state my complaint. They offered to make a replacement right then but unfortunately we were in Niles and too far away to come and pick up another one by the time they closed. I now have a credit for the entire price to use on a future order. I am hoping it was just a bad night and won’t happen again. I’m glad they made it correct by giving me. a free one for next time. I’ll give them another chance but if it happens again I won’t be back, ever………..
