Always fast and fresh! Tried the meatball sandwich and like everything else, it’s pretty good! The bread had a crisp crust with a warm chewy inside with good meat ball. I don’t think it was a homemade meat ball but was still good! There sauce wasn’t excessive but loaded with cheese that helped hold everything in place! Dipping sticks were spot on and the pizza is always consistent! This is always my cheap, local “go-to” place! Add the dipping sticks to the door dash menu please! Haha

Do not give Pizza Joes in Struthers your business. I am in serious shock right now at the encounter I just had. I ordered 2 pizzas to serve 5 of us, and you must use the drive through to pick up which is just odd in itself. I asked for paper plates (impromptu picnic at yellow creek), and they had none. I said “I need a lot of napkins since you don’t have plates and I have 5 boys we are serving”. I paid at that point, was handed my pizza with, I kid you not, 5 napkins. When I asked for more, I was seriously told he was not allowed to give out more. I insisted and said I either wanted more or a refund. He literally had to get a manager who preceded to issue me more napkins, and she actually said “I just gave you some” before giving me 3 more. Needless to say, I did not respond kindly. What kind of cheap human being owns that place.

I never take the time to fill out reviews but I was so disappointed I had no choice. I bought 2 pepperoni rolls from them a hour ago and they where nothing but bread they had a single layer of the thinest pepperoni I have ever seen and the cheese was just as none existent. The funny thing is my grandpa joe started Pizza Joe’s in New Castle Pa many years ago and I know that they are a franchise and individually owned but my grandfather would roll over in his grave if he knew that one of his restaurants were serving this to there customers. I know that prices of everything has gone up but I would rather pay a little more and actually get pepperoni and cheese in my pepperoni roll.

Decided to order a variety of items for the family on a Saturday. They do not deliver unless you order through Doordash. One of the items we wanted was a taco pizza. The taco pizza is not available on Doordash? Not sure what the reasoning for that is but it was an inconvenience as we did not want to go anywhere. Then I tried to order wings, and I was informed they do not have wings. So we had to order pizza from here and wings from elsewhere. Food was good and the service was fast. So aside from a few hiccups we still had a satisfying experience.

Ordered 3 pizzas paid 35.00 for them the pepperoni smelled old and rotten on one of the pizzas. I asked if I could have a cheese one instead because of the smell, they refused to fix the issue and told me I had to pay for another pizza! I’ve orders from them several times but they will not get my business again.

I wish I can give zero stars as a rating. They would not accept my coupon. I ordered an 8-cut cheese pizza. They told me the coupon was only good for a hot and zippy pizza which is special sauce and cheese, as if I was supposed to know there was a difference. They could have given me the one they had ready- the regular cheese pizza I ordered and they probably threw away anyway- and accepted it as a one-time deal. But no, the manager had to be all snotty about it. I told them I did not want it if they weren’t going to honor the price. Too bad for them, I was going to make Pizza Joe’s my new pizza place, but it’s lost business for them. I’ll go somewhere else where management is honest.

We ordered two 9-cut sheets and they were undercooked. I returned them to the store and they provided me with two new perfectly cooked pizzas. Good stuff!
