I ordered a pizza for pickup. Was told it would take forty, and it’s not a problem. Gave them 50 minutes, went to go pick it up. Told them my name they checked, said. Oh, it hasnt even been made and cooked yet so I said well I called in and was told 40 minutes I gave you 50 and the manager on duty. , Gave me an attitude and said. Well, we’re short handed and very busy. Thanks to our boss and I explained, that’s fine. But if you know, it’s going to take an hour, then tell me an hour so I don’t drive across town to just have to go home and wait another 40 min and come back. The food is delicious but the service is horrible and I will just go tontipton location from now on

Good pizza. Unfortunately, $28 for a 16” pizza is very pricey. The ratings should have $$$$ instead of $$. Also was put on hold three times for 10 minutes total, on a Thursday night and had a 45 minute wait time. Very disappointing.

I ordered a 10 inch wahburn and q chef salad and they charged me $45 dollars. Then I called back and they said I didn’t order tonight. Then I finally got somebody that said total should be 26 dollars. Make sure they aren’t double charging people! Be careful!!

Great food but lacking in communication. Asked for delivery 2 hours before close and told me it would be an hour. The store closed and still no update on the delivery! I would have picked it up if they had informed me of the super long wait time with 1 driver! Good food but only do pickup…

5-14-22 order was delivered by Sméagol from pizza king Elwood, I pay for the pizza separately and his tip separately, he proceeds to run off with a $17 tip. Not ok Pizza king. A pizza cost me $50 today.
