I asked for an 8″ sausage mushroom extra cheese. This is a standard order for me. The girl at the counter said Pizza King doesn’t have 8″ only 7″ and wanted to argue with me about it. This “Pizza King” is the only one I know of that doesn’t have an 8″. The mushrooms were NOT fresh. They were canned. The cheese was not right. Idk what kind of cheese but it didn’t have the right consistency. Neither did the sausage. So they are called “Pizza King” but they do not have THE REAL PIZZA KING quality. It’s a fake Pizza King and if I would’ve known, I would not have eaten there! It was gas station quality at best. yuck

My experience here last night was probably the worst experience ever at a restaurant in my adult life I have been a fan of pizza king since I was a kid I even worked at the original pizza king here in Frankfort and probably best pizza king ever . The pizza I got was cold and did not have any toppings at all and the staff was rude. I go to pay for my pizza and the lady put me on hold for 6 minutes and I was just trying to pay and get out I would not recommend this establishment to anyone go to the Rossville pizza king by far better this place doesn’t represent the pizza king brand. And I will not ever come back.

Stopped here for a quick lunch with my wife yesterday. Greeted by a couple young ladies working the counter. Great food, good prices, and wonderful service! I don’t get to Frankfort often, but when I do, this Pizza King location will definitely be on my list!

Went here Wednesday night 5/18 first time ordering from Pizza King. Walked in and was greeted with a smile from what looked like the manger on duty that night we placed our order. They said about 15 minutes and it was done even before that! All the staff was so amazing and kind. The pizza was excellent will definitely be back.

Went to eat here figuring to support a local business. Dinningroom was closed at 7:30, store closes at 9. We were handed a menu that was marked up with a blue marker in such a way that it seemed options were crossed off the menu.

Don’t bother. Customer service was a zero. I waited to be acknowledged as two staff had to figure out how to fix delivering the wrong order to another customer. I paid, waited, watched the table next to us eat their pizza. I went to ask how much longer for our “stroms” and waited to be acknowledged while about six people were standing around. Our order was lost. We asked for our money back and left. Waste of time and money.
