Ordered a Royal feast with extra cheese and extra sauce and when the pizza arrived it had very little toppings, no extra cheese, no extra sauce, and tasted Burnt!!! Waitress never offered to come back to so much as fill drinks when I brought it to her attention. Won’t go back to lapel pizza king. Pendleton is the one to go to!!!!

Swing and a miss. It’s been a gamble anytime we order on what is going to be in the box. Today the box was full of disappointment. Toppings were sparse and tasteless. The crust was hard and chewy, almost like it was reheated. Going to have to take a break from this Pizza King location

Very poor customer service! Acknowledging the customer does not exist, they just let you stand at the counter for 10 minutes without even saying “Hi”, or “We’ll be right with you”. Your order is never done when they say it will be, don’t expect to get your full order all at once, and oh my god don’t expect it to be correct!

The food was ok, they had no silverware. They had parmesan cheese but it was essentially fossilized, not only that in came in such small proportions the container was 1 quarter full. The reasoning for this was that “people stole it all” the food was so bad in fact one of the employees fathers called to complain about the food, now I have reason to believe people wouldn’t steal parmesan cheese, it feels like the great depression the parmesan cheese was from Cretatious times, they we’re hoarding it like they were in a great famen I believe there is not parmesan bandit running loose in those parts, and the silverware was gone because apparently people to purchase their own silverware, life’s tuff when you have to steal Cretatious cheese and silverware.

I have to be honest. I haven’t been to this location for a while because at one point, their food was starting to become mediocre at best.. We payed for extra cheese, and 2 separate times on 2 separate days, we got a 16 inch royal feast (w/ extra cheese) and MAYBE 5 pieces had the tiniest bit of cheese on it. The rest of the pizza had only toppings but ZERO cheese. Tonight we decided to give them another try, AND BOY WAS I PRESENTLY SURPRISED!!! Seems like they got their passion back! And I’m so excited! I’ve always loved Pizza King I live right down the road, so I finally have them back! Thank you guys for whatever you did to get back in the game, because ITS NOT GOING UNNOTICED! Normally, people love to write reviews when the service or product is horrible. So, I thought it was only fair to give credit, where credit is due, and write a positive review. You can tell they are busting their butts to get back to what they always used to be. Thank you so much!!!! You have a customer for life ❤
