The west 12th st location I have had nothing but awesome service!! The food had always been done way past my expectations!! I always order extra everything from my pizza to my cheese for my bread sticks and they always deliver fast and the food is way past awesome!! If I order pizza king it will always be from this location!! From the order takers to the cooks, to the delivery drivers best experience from a pizza king I’ve ever had!!! I highly recommend this location if you want awesome service all the way around.. Here are some pics of our pizza and my wife’s baked spaghetti!!!to the workers THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK!!! Tonight was quite possibly the best food I’ve ever had from a Pizza King before. (And I’ve ate at many locations, hundreds of times during my lifetime) The manager (I believe his name was Will) made our food, and it was absolutely perfect. Our waitress was also exceptional. It seems like this boss really knows what he’s doing!

I have ate at every pizza king in Muncie, Indiana and several restaurants here as well. This has to be the best food and service my husband and I have ever had from any Pizza King or any restaurant for that matter. We moved in this location at the end of last year and have been ordering here since then. It seems like the food gets better and better everytime we order. We always order at night and the crew there is fantastic! They are always nice, professional, and fantastic, from the person who takes our order, to the person/people who makes our order, to our delivery driver’s. We’ve never experienced this kind of service. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Will, the manager, was also very nice and he’s really doing a great job as well! Our food is always delivered fast and it’s always hot. We always order extra toppings on our pizza too. I also always order royal feast baked spaghetti and fully baked, double brushed, bread sticks. I’ve never seen a pizza, baked spaghetti, or bread sticks look so good! If you are looking for great service, great food, friendly staff, and an all around great experience, this is the place to go. Despite having prepaid a very large order more than 24 hours in advance, when I arrived to pick it up, they hadn’t even started making the pizzas. They continued to work on others orders that people placed after I arrived. I had to wait over an hour for my order & the quality was mediocre at best.

We decided to try the PK on West Memorial because we were told they have the best crust because they make their own dough. We had bread sticks , a royal feast pizza and cherry cokes. The bread sticks were delicious. We always order them 1/2 baked so they aren’t overvalued and hard. I could not tell any difference in the dough there and every other Pizza King. Our pizza was ok not great. The ingredients were not spread well so the edges were just tomato paste and very hard. I wish I had taken pictures so you could see and our pizza had very little cheese except maybe 3 slices. The dinning room was clean, our server did a fantastic job, the music was too loud and not our choice. I suggest going to a different PK.

This is a decent locally owned pizza place with reasonable prices. The pizza is good not great, but I would 100% get the bread sticks and the homemade ranch is great! We got our food quickly and accurately. We will most likely be back.
