I love pizza. My family in the area think it’s the best pizza in the country. I would say I love their pizza. Have had better in Chicago, NY, Minneapolis but Pizza King is really good! Quite a find in Richmond Indiana!

The food was good but the service & cleanliness of the restaurant were poor. Most of the tables were still dirty after the lunch rush. The tables that were supposedly clean weren’t. Had to use the gross phone at the table to order & they forgot to input our order. After sitting for a half hour, they realized their mistake & made the order. It took 45 minutes to get a medium pizza. There were only 4 or 5 other families in the restaurant. No apologies for their error & I’m not the type of person to make a complaint to underpaid & understaffed employees.

Usually, always good. Ordered a crustless and the portion size was half the size than last time. This is what it looked like when I opened it. Overall, pizza and favors great. Not sure what happened today. Still gave 4 stars since I rarely have issues here.

We ordered by phone. The person who took the order seemed rushed and surly. The pizza took an hour. Our simple sausage and olive pizza was undercooked and used finely-ground, flavorless sausage. The crust was tough. Very disappointing.

First I called and paid over the phone. They claimed they didn’t get the credit card number in and I had to pay again. Then…our food is unsatisfactory to us. The Chef’s Salad came in three separate, small containers. We had to make it ourselves. The breadsticks were not hot and were doughy. Our ham and cheese sandwiches were basically just ham with a “touch” of cheese. This is not the quality of food we are used to getting from Pizza King. Very disappointed.

Got the stromboli with dill butter on it. Very delicious. Took 30 min for food (a sandwich and the stromboli) and normally it wouldnt matter but I was on my lunch break and only had 15 min to eat and pay before I had to head back. Would go back, just when I have more time to wait for it.

Pizza was it’s usual tasty. Dill butter dip was too salty and beer had a weird taste. However, when I mentioned it, they took it off our bill. Will go again.

One star for the food is to high what we had today was absolutely horrible. Garlic cheese bread was a joke, 2-3” pieces of bread for all most $4. The pizza was nasty beyond words. Will not be back
