This is the absolute worst pizza king I have eaten to date. I always get the BBQ pizza w/ mushroom’s and breadsticks. The pizza took 25 minutes, burnt around the outside and mushy doughy raw in the center, there was no BBQ sauce on it, my friend ordered the Stromboli, it had BBQ sauce on it. I hate even giving a one star because that is too much. This was today 2-9-2023

Pizza was great, thin crust was perfect. Stopped in town to get cheap gas. decided to try only place in town to eat. Ladies were very pleasant, food was hot and perfectly cooked. Weren’t skimpy with toppings! Was worth the stop. Would recommend and eat again for sure

Staying at our RV nearby this PK location. Busy day, so we decided to order pizza for a quick, easy dinner. By the time I arrived, our pizza was ready. The ladies running the joint are very nice & friendly. Pizza was stellar. 5 Stars. Great small town Pizza King.

It’s just not the same as Pizza King in Muncie, IN. The stromboli were pre-made and in the fridge then heated up upon ordering. The breadsticks were hugely disappointing; fat and doughy with no garlic or dill butter. Friendly service and the only place in town to get food on a Sunday afternoon.

My parents turned us on to Waynetown Pizza King. I ordered a large deluxe pizza 11/3/19 @5:30pm. They were prompt on having it ready. We chatted a little to the girl that helped us then we paid and went home to eat it. When taking it out of bag I was a little disappointed. There was not many toppings on it and the way they cut it was weird. I definitely don’t think it was worth the money. The only toppings were in the center. I would have called this mostly a cheese pizza

We had a large Pepperoni and the Antipasto Salad – super delicious! Overall this is a great little spot to grab some lunch or dinner. Would go back again if we are in the area. The only additional thing I would say is that the salad didn’t have a ton of lettuce in it but I didn’t subtract a star because 1) it was really good, 2) that’s more of a personal preference, and 3) it was an antipasto salad so probably just “nature of the beast” for it to have a good amount of meat and cheese. Definitely a great little spot to eat!!!!

We were rather disappointed with the “new” pizza king. They have new owners and they really fixed up the place. We ordered salads and pizza and they completely changed their salad. It’s not even the same as what is was and the lettuce was brown. We were all pretty upset about the salad change. The fresh lettuce, cubed mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, ham and homemade croutons were the best. Now it’s prepackaged salad mix and cheddar cheese, tomatoes and boxed croutons that were not very good :(. We ordered pizza as well and it was cold. It was like it sat out overnight and the cheese was not hot and very rubbery. We waited a few months to try again and this time we just ordered pizza since they changed their salads and we ordered a pepperoni pizza and a deluxe pizza. Our pepperoni pizza was yet again super cold like it sat out over night and our deluxe pizza was really hot and super fresh. I’m not sure what is going on but we have been throughly upset. I tried putting the cold rubbery pizza in the oven when I got home and it just made it hard. We also only live 2 minutes away and we were there when they said the pizza would be ready. I’ve never received a cold pizza that looked like it sat out over night. Sadly, we won’t be back. I can order a pizza at Arnis and it still be hot and fresh by the time I get home and they have a very similar salad that this pizza king used to offer. So sad, this used to be a quick easy meal for us especially in the summer time with the salads and now looks like we have to make a longer drive to go elsewhere.

They wanted to charge me for a specialty pizza ( per topping) for a deluxe for leaving off pepperoni on one side and leaving sausage off the other. When I asked why it would cost more to eliminate toppings the woman said I don’t know how to explain this in a way you’ll understand. Really!!!!! She proceeded to tell me it was more work and that was what I would charged for. I was ignored while waiting to pay because I was in my phone (a serious family matter) heard her say to the kid cooking it was because I was in the phone. Then she double charged me and did not know how to refund it to my card. Won’t go back as long as this person is there.
