Oh my goodness! The Roni with vegan cheese (dairy allergy) was absolutely AMAZING. The honey just went so well on it! Enjoyed it with pizza wine! 10/10

Pizza Marvin rules the Fox Point neighborhood for its chill Sunday patio scene. I went last week and split a corny AF pizza (with a bonus addition of stracciatella) and a Caesar salad.

I don’t even like red sauce for starters so for me to even like pizza is pretty rare – this is the best pizza I’ve ever freakin had !! I prob fantasize about pizza Marvin slices at least twice a day. Just damn. I always get either a cheese slice or sauce slice (square? More of a square than a slice) & idk THAT DOUGH the herbs the flava. They make pizza taste like the actual flavor you crave when you want something pizza flavored, if that makes sense. It’s more pizza flavored than you’ve ever realized pizza can be. Imagine if they made the inside of a cheese pizza flavored combo into a gourmet Michelin level Detroit style slice. That’s the magic they’ve somehow pulled

Delicious pizza, crispy, chewy and the sauce is spot on whether it’s red or white. Nice location, park on any side street around the corner and walk right to the Marvin Garden.

Okay let’s strike while the iron is hot. Tried Marvin for the first time. Traveled 30 miles to give it a shot. Got Pizza and Wings. Was definitely expecting a little more flavor from the wings. Overall, I gotta say the pizza was much better, but when you make a $33 dollar pizza and $16 of it is toppings. You expect a little more than 1 or 2 pepperonis per slice. Was very disappointed when I first saw the pepperoni count, but the taste made up for it. The crust is fantastic, great crunch and zero flop, definitely the highlight of the pizza. Cheese coverage was good, a little light on the sauce, not bad. I do see why some people consider it one of the better pizzas in the area. The taste is there, but not the best. Especially when you factor in the price. Some people would find this combo a little salty.

New favorite pizza spot in PVD. FRESH INGREDIENTS MAKE A DIFFERENCE. So does carefully curating the menu and including fun menu items like the owners have done at Pizza Marvin 🙂 Square slice is mind blowing. Can’t wait to try more! The sauce says it all. I see you, freshly dried oregano <3

New Review: Marvin has been disappointing me lately. The pizza is still delicious don’t get me wrong, but it doesn’t have that same crisp that it had the first couple of times I went. It’s developing some serious flop actually. Dave Portnoy would be disappointed. Hopefully they get back to being the best pizza in Rhode Island soon.

Great experience here. Staff welcoming and accommodating from the get go, especially considering some requests for our 1 and 4 year old. Transfusion cocktail was great. Spicy salad greens amazing. Two Roni slices cooked to perfection and great quality. Marc AF pizza was delicious. The sorbet was intense but a great digestif which cut through the pizza we just had. Owner was rounding making sure customers were happy with food etc. What more can one ask? Ignore any picky/pretentious reviews and give it a try. We come down to Providence a lot from Southern Mass and can’t wait for warmer weather and outdoor seating here.
