This 5 star rating is for the individual who delivered my food this evening, Miss Madison (Maddie). Not only was she extremely professional…she was courteous, kind and very pleasant. She went out of her way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my order, and for that I thank her. Kudos to you Miss Madison. She is a true asset to the PIZZA MIA family.

Ordered a pizza and was told 20 minutes. Arrived a little over 20 minutes later. The kid behind the counter couldn’t find my order but then stated “oh it’s in the oven”. He took my money and then told me he would bring my pizza to the car 16 minutes later I went in and Was told it was just coming out of the oven. The kid lied to me if you would’ve had the decency to say somehow we lost order I would’ve totally been understanding. But he lied and on top of that the pizza crust was so thin that I threw the entire pizza away because it was inedible. It was evident that a pizza was thrown together quickly with an extremely thin crust to cook faster! I will never go back to Pizza Mia again!

3 times we have ordered food from here and 3 times it has been wrong. 1st time I ordered a cheesesteak with onions peppers mushrooms mayo received a cheesesteak with lettuce tomato and sauce. 2nd time we ordered pizza. I wanted a veggie pizza no olives, received a pizza with onions black olives and peppers no mushrooms. Then to finish this review out ordered last night an LG Italian and a LG cheesesteak. So $25 for 2 subs, my husband’s Italian sub was sent out with a different order so he had to wait thus making my cheesesteak sub cold not to mention I asked for sautéed onions,mushrooms,and peppers, got raw onions and peppers and hardly any cheesesteak. The husband’s sub didn’t have any mayo nor did mine when it was requested also put onions on my husband’s sub when asked for no onions. Not sure if you need to train order takers and cooks more or what but probably the last time we will order from you guys. Customer service is good but the hassle of trying to order food and get it right is not worth it.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a simple taco wrap. I asked and paid for extra salsa. I opened it up and there was absolutely no salsa. The meat was cold, soggy like it was just thawed out from the microwave, unflavored and tasted like it was mixed with styrofoam. It was so repulsive I threw it in the trash after attempting to suck it up and eat due to extreme hunger. Would also like to add this isn’t the first bad experience I have had with their food.

I don’t know who works there now but it has been a complete mess lately. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and they forgot the buffalo sauce! on a buffalo sauce pizza….That’s not even the worst part. They messed it up 3 times. I also had ordered a pepperoni pizza and they forgot the pepperoni. It;s like how many times can you mess up such simple orders and to charge what they charge for their food. ridiculous
