AWFUL experience. Terrible service and rude workers. Waited 2hrs for a $30 pizza. They blamed us for not communicating properly when we asked for a pizza with no mushrooms and then gave us one with mushrooms. When told, they said they would remake it, 30 mins later we checked to see how long it would take and they hadnt even started making it. Whoever was on shift at 6-9pm on 13th August should be fired for being incompetent and making rude gestures at customers.

Pizzas are delicious and not your normal pizza place!!! We ordered Big Sur and Fort Point and I can’t wait to try more. I like the assortments of seasonings available. There are a lot of booth seatings and TVs and the place is very clean.

Every time I go to this place they ain’t busy. Located near a school. Expect to see a lot of students. Never crowded when I go. Depending who makes your pizza. They can be over cooked or under cooked. Wait time varies depending who’s working. For example I waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes for my pizza and the whole bottom was burn another I got my pizza right away after just paying and the pizza had no crisp to it

The most memorable experience! My boyfriend and I were in the city for the weekend we decided to give “Pizza my heart” a try since it was nearby and I am so happy that we did. We were greeted by the most pleasant cashier who made all the difference in our experience, he encouraged us to try different pizzas we had never tried and absolutely loved them! The atmosphere was upbeat, there were a variety of pizza’s to choose from and they keep ranch accessible for customers in the fridge so you can help yourself to as much as you want. My only regret is not getting the cashiers name for the purpose of this review but definitely plan to visit again to makeup for the free t-shirts he gave us and the best tasting pizza!

Have heard great things about this place. Tried their regular bread sticks today. It was absolutely delicious. Loved it. Their Ranch dressing especially is impeccable and adds a lot of value to the entire dish. Very much like and recommend it. Will be trying their pizzas soon
